We both are older and don't want to be in the gym with a lot of people. The 24 hour availability will be great for us. We went in late last night and looked at all the equipment. It is going to be great for us we have both gotten so out of shape it will take a while so at the beginner level we will feel most comfortable working out alone.
Great additional to Coalgate. Enough equipment to get a really good workout in! First time here and I loved that they had a Smith Machine!

Love this 24-hour gym! It’s always clean, fully stocked, and has everything I need for a great workout. Even when staff isn’t there, it’s well-maintained and easy to access. Highly recommend!
