The staff at Primp and Blow is friendly, and the stylists are knowledgeable and quick. I came in thinking I would get my hair washed, dried, and styled after booking an appointment for a blowout. When I arrived, I was told I wasn't "down for a hot tool ." My hair was washed and dried. In my opinion, $40 is a bit high for someone to wash and dry my hair with no styling or color involved. Brooke was amazing. My hair felt so good. I was so stressed and she spent a little extra time massaging my scalp. The little things go a long way!!! Thank you Brooke. And my hair looked (and still looks) incredible!!!
I've been several times now and it's addicting! I have naturally curly hair and they handle it very well. The style usually holds well for a few days too, and everyone has been nice.

Brooke is fantastic! She is professional and has a great talent in knowing what you want! Love that I can get in and out while working!
Spent $40 plus another $10 for the stylist to use a curling iron, add another $10 for tip. I ended up not with the beachy waves I requested but simply loose curls that lasted only 3 hours. I could have done a better job myself.
If was just rating my experience it would definitely be 2 stars. My blowout was good but the overweight brunette who did it was friendly but aggressive. She seriously refused to give me change when I was nice enough to tip. Again, the blowout was decent but even ignoring the rudeness, overall, the services are a little overpriced but the service is solid and fast (she finished my blowout in 20 minutes even though they told me it would be an hour).
Being from NY and venturing out from Drybar, this was the WORST EVER. Not smooth, limited curl with the ends left UNCURLED! Upon hearing a sizzle with the flat iron, I suggested she make sure it was DRY... hello, you are promoted as a DRY BAR. My roots are not at smooth. Totally disappointed!. They took my credit card info but when my appointment was cancelled while I was still in the chair and recharged for more time... they said my info wasn't on file. This place should come with a warning because their blowouts are addicting! I've been to several Primp and Blow stylists and they all are well trained on technique as well as product knowledge. I come at least 2 times a month and I can make their blowouts last a week, even through a weeks work of sweaty workouts
