I was paying them for quarterly accounting, unfortunately I had to remind them in Q3 to do Q1 and Q2. They had access to all of my business accounts and QuickBooks. Then the rest of the year they complained about the pricing structure, THEY provided me. Imagine dealing with an accountant that constantly complains they are not charging you enough, even though this is the third year they are doing your taxes and they gave you the pricing.
