I had a problem with a fairly new printer recognizing the replacement ink cartridges I installed. I called the big box store where I purchased the printer and they were no help but did refer me to Printer Resources. As I live three hours south of Bend, I wasn't very confident that the folks there could take care of my problem in the one day that I was in town. Boy, was I wrong! Marc is amazing! He returned my call very quickly and a few hours later he showed up to my shop then had my printer fixed and printing with in 15min. Great Customer Service!!!!
Mickey is wonderful. He had the toner cartridges we needed in stock, delivered them right away to our office, and his prices are great. We will definitely be ordering from him again!
We emailed about a printer problem and they responded right away. Mickey came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it at no charge! Great service, friendly and reliable! We will definitely be using Printer Resources & Recycling in the future!
