This is an unusually competent and customer first focused company. Excellent advice, repair workmanship and overly generous with post-repair discounts due to not being able to make a 15 year old printer as perfect as it was on day 1--but more than adequate for my needs. Seriously the best service of maybe any business I patronize. Whether I need supplies, repairs, printer advice, or a new printer, Frank, Mickey, and Jennifer (and probably a crew of other printer heroes there) have always got my back. They deliver (yay!), on extremely short timeframes when necessary (which this last-minute planner really appreciates 🙏), they take away the spent cartridges to recycle them (thank you for caring for our environment!), and they are exceedingly kind and pleasant to work with every. single. time... read more

I ran out of printer ink and called Mickey. He was here within the hour, replaced the cartridges and instructed me on some issues I was having. He also took my old cartridges to recycle. I'll be using their services going forward!!

I had a problem with a fairly new printer recognizing the replacement ink cartridges I installed. I called the big box store where I purchased the printer and they were no help but did refer me to Printer Resources. As I live three hours south of Bend, I wasn't very confident that the folks there could take care of my problem in the one day that I was in town. Boy, was I wrong! These guys are the absolute best in Bend. They have helped me with all my printer issues and always steer me in the right direction. Great business!
