Check In was fine but the wait to see a PA was inordinately long. Once vitals were taken, I waited 40 min in a room before being seen. When I arrived, there were just four ppl In the waiting room. Somehow I was at urgent care nearly three hrs!

As far as medical treatment the NP was very professional and treated with/to me with understanding and concern. Issue was the excessive long wait to be seen. Saw several other patients that wanted to be seen, just up and leaving. Mainly because of long wait time.

There were a lot of sick people and very few care givers. I was there 4 hours but was allowed to sit in my car until my turn came.

I scheduled an appointment for 12:15. And was not seen. I left at 2 after I was told appointments were merely estimates.
