Bought a used Triumph Tiger 800Xc from the Pro Cycle team and it was a great and easy transition. Ethan the sale rep was super helpful and great to deal with and kept me informed. Needed tire, brakes and oil change while on a long distance trip. Sarah, Shantel, and Matt were all super supportive and very flexible, getting me in smoothly and back out riding. Really enjoyed working with them.
Looking for a new helmet. Called and spoke to Jayne about what was a an available. Later that same day I attended the dealership and Jayne spent a great deal of time fitting me and guiding my decision. Glad she took the time and am very pleased with my purchase
Bought a Honda rebel 500 2022 (pre owned) from Adam and Jim. I would say both of them are wonderful and they care for their customers. I went to Truro two weeks later the battery died, later we figured out it was a loosely connected wires to battery. But Adam put a new battery on the bike same day for free within 15 mins of me taking the bike to shop. They just sell you a bike and outstanding customer service.
