Updating my Review : Protech reached out to me and came by to address the issues from the previous glass replacement. Really pleased that they were able to address all the issues below. What looked like cracks in the A pillar trims were actually web-like residue from the adhesive. Wiping it with alcohol helped clean them off the surface. They actually ended up replacing the installed glass as the molding alignments that came with the glass were really off. Trims and moldings now aligned like factory. Wow what a great job Dallas did on a rock chip repair. Almost invisible. From beginning to end dealing w Pro Tech was amazing. The entire Team there does a great job. I highly recommend and encourage y'all to use them. You won't be disappointed.
The technician arrived on time. He was comfortable answering all of my questions. He was able to install and calibrate my new windshield in about an hour or so. He gave me a copy of the work order and gave me a few instructions to help the install be successful. I was very happy with the entire process of acquiring a new windshield.
