As is mentioned by several others, the real issue is upper management. I’ve been at the West Vine Townhomes for nearly 2 years. In that time I’ve dealt with a burst pipe, and a crawlspace being completely flood, to the point that it had filled the entire space for 4 units. Communication has been next to none existent unless I push for it. Office staff and maintenance seem to be doing their best, but also lack info from regional management. This company is 100% poorly managed. I am still waiting for call backs from the “regional manager” to go over a bill that was improperly sent to collections from one of their many property management employees. I was a tenant for 2 years at their Valley pointe townhomes and left when my lease ended. It took me WEEKS to receive my refundable deposit and then that same deposit amount was randomly sent to collections. My wife and I have been renting at ashton apartments for 2 years, and mind you, we were NEVER late on our rent, and have worked very hard to be professional while living here to retain a good reference when we moved out, no matter what situation arose. Do not rent from this company without researching it first! Nothing good will come out of it. Have lived at a prodigy property for 2 years and recently management at my location (Prairie Pointe) has taken a turn for the worst. Had to get an attorney involved moving forward. Highly recommend staying away from any property involving PRODIGY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
This company is very poorly managed. I applied for a home and they denied my application based on my current landlords “bad” reference. My landlord lied to them about me destroying the brand new flooring that I installed for him for FREE. I have valid proof that he was lying and I explained that to Chelsea the “regional manager” and she had no care that he gave them false statements and said that she can’t do anything for me and that the application was already denied.
