As is mentioned by several others, the real issue is upper management. I’ve been at the West Vine Townhomes for nearly 2 years. In that time I’ve dealt with a burst pipe, and a crawlspace being completely flood, to the point that it had filled the entire space for 4 units. Communication has been next to none existent unless I push for it. Office staff and maintenance seem to be doing their best, but also lack info from regional management. I first moved in a couple of years ago into park villa and it was a wonderful and stress free move in. The girls in the office were fantastic Due to a roommate situation I moved out and into Residence of Tullamore and it's been nothing but a nightmare The office personnel (at park villas) have no idea what they're doing,there's no communication,when there is communication most of the time it's wrong. This company is 100% poorly managed. I am still waiting for call backs from the “regional manager” to go over a bill that was improperly sent to collections from one of their many property management employees. I was a tenant for 2 years at their Valley pointe townhomes and left when my lease ended. It took me WEEKS to receive my refundable deposit and then that same deposit amount was randomly sent to collections. Refuses to take care of its tenants and poor construction of their apartments. Place flooded due to faulty construction, we were evacuated for a month and a half and they refused to give us 1 month free. Apparently floods have happened across many of their complexes due to froze pipes bursting so not a one off issue. We are a family of 3 with our 4th on the way, frontline healthcare workers, and full time nursing students while supporting our family. My wife and I have been renting at ashton apartments for 2 years, and mind you, we were NEVER late on our rent, and have worked very hard to be professional while living here to retain a good reference when we moved out, no matter what situation arose. Do not rent from this company without researching it first! Nothing good will come out of it.
