My experience with Prodigy Property Management was extremely disappointing and full of lies. They initially promised clear communication regarding pay hours, but it became evident that they were not truthful. The owner of the building I live in is managed Prodigy and he is how I get things done, lived at The Lake apts and dishwasher hasn’t worked for now close to 2 months. Nobody really cares to get it right, owner of Prodigy has never called me! PS: I pay close to $4K a month. If I have to explain it u don’t get it!
This company is very poorly managed. I applied for a home and they denied my application based on my current landlords “bad” reference. My landlord lied to them about me destroying the brand new flooring that I installed for him for FREE. I have valid proof that he was lying and I explained that to Chelsea the “regional manager” and she had no care that he gave them false statements and said that she can’t do anything for me and that the application was already denied. Horrible Management, Money Grabbers. Turn around, dont walk away, run Good luck trying to contact them for anything unless its about money they think you owe.
Run. Do not rent here, I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, unorganized, and horrible company. We were told we could leave our lease early and then we were sent to collections for 4500 dollars two months later with no notice. They are dishonest and unethical. They did not fix a single thing the entire time we were there despite multiple requests. Good luck even getting them to respond to an email.
