This company is 100% poorly managed. I am still waiting for call backs from the “regional manager” to go over a bill that was improperly sent to collections from one of their many property management employees. I was a tenant for 2 years at their Valley pointe townhomes and left when my lease ended. My experience with Prodigy Property Management was extremely disappointing and full of lies. They initially promised clear communication regarding pay hours, but it became evident that they were not truthful. I was made a salaried employee instead of hourly, despite my signed offer letter stating otherwise. As a result, I found myself working significant overtime without any compensation. The owner of the building I live in is managed Prodigy and he is how I get things done, lived at The Lake apts and dishwasher hasn’t worked for now close to 2 months. Nobody really cares to get it right, owner of Prodigy has never called me! PS: I pay close to $4K a month. If I have to explain it u don’t get it!
This company is very poorly managed. I applied for a home and they denied my application based on my current landlords “bad” reference. My landlord lied to them about me destroying the brand new flooring that I installed for him for FREE. I have valid proof that he was lying and I explained that to Chelsea the “regional manager” and she had no care that he gave them false statements and said that she can’t do anything for me and that the application was already denied.
