Great customer service from the moment I called The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and scheduled a service quickly. John, the service technician, thoroughly inspected the unit and explained all the diagnostics and points he was checking. He corrected two minor issues that were not even part of the initial problem and sent a detailed report with photos of the work he had done. Very professional !!!
