Great customer service from the moment I called The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and scheduled a service quickly. John, the service technician, thoroughly inspected the unit and explained all the diagnostics and points he was checking. He corrected two minor issues that were not even part of the initial problem and sent a detailed report with photos of the work he had done. Very professional !!! I highly recommend Professional Heating and Air.

I woke up to a house that was 80 degrees with a thermostat that was not working. Total waste of money. I called and specified my problem. Primary condensate line clogged and water coming out of secondary drain and standing water in the auxiliary drain pan. The lady said it would be$169 for the service call. I told her what the problem was and wanted a price to clean it. She said the tec would have to diagnose it and could give me a price. Tech got there looked at it and said yep, let me go to my truck and I can give you a quote. $455 to blow out the drain and vacuum water from pan. $455 To tell me what ... read more
