Needed emergency AC repair on a weekend. After calling several places with little to no resolution, these guys were able to help get us running again in no time. Prompt, professional, and kind from the rep call to the tech visit. Ronnie explained everything thoroughly. Very pleased with the service received.
A business associate of mine had called "Professional" Heating & Air to clean out a blocked drainline & dry up water in the drip pan at his business in Covington. "Professional" invoiced him $605.00 !!!!! THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY PEOPLE!!!! Be VERY, VERY LEERY of doing business with companies that price gauge.....PARTICULARLY in these challenging economic times. And this is NOT the first time they have invoiced him that amount for the same exact service. DISGUSTING!!

Okay, let me start out by saying that any time I have ANY questions about anything to do with my AC, I will be calling Professional Heating & Air. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH. Starting with Savannah in the office. She was so calm, cool and collected while I was a stressed out mess over my AC being out. Simon and Tony did an outstanding job. They were quiet, clean and efficient. They made certain all was done properly until the system was working beautifully! Kyle has been outstanding through all the processes. We knew exactly what to expect each day. He listened to our desires and worked with us to obtain them. I'll reccomend Professional to others.
