My AC went out the night before I was scheduled to go on vacation. They responded quickly and the tech Alex was out within an hour. He looked just like Dave Grohl with short hair. I thought maybe I was being punked but no. I needed a new flux capacitor. Alex was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Very professional. Knows his stuff. 10/10 No notes.
Kevin was very thorough with his inspection and knowledge of what he was doing. My husband couldn’t stop saying how he really knew his s**t.
