Great customer service from the moment I called The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and scheduled a service quickly. John, the service technician, thoroughly inspected the unit and explained all the diagnostics and points he was checking. He corrected two minor issues that were not even part of the initial problem and sent a detailed report with photos of the work he had done. Very professional !!! I highly recommend Professional Heating and Air.

I woke up to a house that was 80 degrees with a thermostat that was not working. Professional Heating & Air was able to schedule me for a same day appointment, which was incredibly important since I work from home. Hunter arrived well within the expected time block, he was polite, Professional and very respectful of my house and property.
