Dave and Tim are the best at customer service that I’ve run across in many years. Been a customer for over 15 years. Scott, one of the delivery drivers is extremely professional and courteous. Wouldn’t trade them for nothing.
I've been a Pro Gas customer for 25 years and they've never let me down. They've gone above and beyond to make sure my greenhouse and brewery business are always ready to go!
These guys go above and beyond for their customers. Ran out of propane in the middle of last night and their dispatch Dave (I think) moved some things to make sure I have heat by tomorrow. Top notch service.
The tank installer who put the tank in last year was fantastic. He did a great job putting the tank in place. The support staff who answer the phone are A++. The techs are wonderful at answering question. and the Billing people are top notch.
I have had ProGas since they opened the store in Aliquippa, I have never had any issues I love that they have where you can pay 10 months out of the year because this makes it so much easier to pay this way.
