I was able to get an appointment right away. The office staff was nice and very helpful. I really liked the professionalism of Dr. Flaugher and her assistant. They both made me feel comfortable and at ease during my procedure. When I called the office the next day to get a copy of my X-rays and notes, I was able to pick them up the same day. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.
I had to have a root canal retreated today. I want to thank Dr. Flaugher and her staff. Dr. Flaugher is AWESOME I did not feel any of the shots in my mouth at all. She made my experience comfortable and best I ever had at a Dentist office EVER! Her staff were very nice. I HIGHLY recommend her! She did my root canal and had me back to be able to work before my shift. Thank you again!
Office was clean and staff were pleasant and professional. Dr. Flaugher did an excellent job on my root canal treatment. She made sure I was comfortable and checked on me during procedure. I will recommend her for future visits.
Having to have a Root Canal is a bite much in itself. It had to be done. I was an emergency case. Brock was very compassionate through my pain. He got me an appointment within 3 days of my call. I arrived afraid. The dentist is just not my thing for major needs. ... needles melts me... Regina, the frist person I met, was soooo upbeat and comforting esrly in thr morning. The care and kindness of Dr. Flaugher and her team is unmatched. I have a bit of dental anxiety, and Dr. Flaugher and the team made me feel comfortable and took steps to ensure I would have a successful appointment. I was so grateful for their patience and “bedside manner.” I will not be looking any further for an endodontist!!! And a special shout out to sweet Beth!! Thank you for taking good care of me!!
