We woke up this morning to no heat! I ended up calling Propane Central. We were very thankful that Chris was able to show up later that afternoon. Thank you sooo much! We are enjoying the heat now!!!!!!!

We had Chris come out twice to see what was wrong with our Ducane gas grill. He made sure everything was working and advised us on what to do. Our grill was purchased in 1996 and we cannot believe it's still working now that we know what was wrong. A BIG "Thank you" to Chris
Highly don't recommend this pos company to anyone take your business elsewhere they don't care about customers or service
Went originally with propane central because they are the biggest company in the area that deals with propane. After talking for multiple weeks about them getting an underground tank installed it sempt like the conversations were not getting us any further. We were told they were rain delayed and it wouldn't be until Thursday or Friday of the week in question. Followed up on Thursday morning and they replied their one crane truck was "backed up until the next Monday atleast" Look into other options where possible.
