The people and service at Propane Central are the best. Helpful, cheerful, and always willing to figure out and get you what you need as a customer. We have been happy with their service for years and are so thankful to have a smaller business that we can support versus a larger conglomerate.
I work with Sarah Frank monthly to discuss and pay our many accounts for our farm. Sarah is on top of all the charges and can answer any questions I have. She helps me keep track of all the charges to our many accounts. She is extremely efficient and makes the accounting on my end a breeze!! I don't know what I would do without her!!

We’ve been doing business with Propane Central for years. Between Gwin in the office, Chris as the manager, Dale and the others in the field we have always had excellent and timely service. It’s comforting doing business with people that are familiar with your account. We can always count on a friendly face when we walk in the door or a cheerful hello when we call.
If you want good timely service, this is not the company. Kept calling for a 500 gallon fill as I am VERY low and could not get a day locked in to fill my tank. Only after 5 phone calls and when I said because the tank was soooo low, I would have a another company pull the Propane Central tank and set a new one, fill it cheaper per gallon the next morning, did they even remotely care.
