Overall great experience. Quality work, in particular Abel the painter and his Crew. Hired them to remove asbestos siding and replace with new siding, and repainted exterior of our house. They were timely and proficient with thier work. And always carried themselves in a professional yet personable manner. Would recommend for those looking for first rate work with high quality, durable materials. (even recommended to a neighbor passing by)
I had my roof replaced by Proper Remodeling. I am very pleased with their work. All of the staff were helpful, friendly and respectful of my property. Joel and Payton were extremely easy to work with and explained the whole process beforehand and answered any questions I had. My new roof looks so beautiful! I’m so happy with this company that now I’m going to have them do some painting that will make my roof look even better! I can’t wait to see the finished project! Thank you Joel for being so helpful!
We had Proper Remodeling paint our home and a storage shed. They came on time and complegted the work in 2.5 days. Theywere very thorough in getting the calking completed on the upper part of the house. The calk seams are straight and smooth. Then they did the lower portion. Those board joints that had some separations were calked before being primed and painted. We did a Walk Through and found a couple of items that they quickly took. care of. Remodeling your home can be a painstaking process, but working with Proper Remodeling has opened my eyes on how the process should be. Like everyone else leaving a one-star review, a door-to-door salesman ignored my no soliciting sign to try and get me to sign up for a quote. After seeing what other people were getting quoted on here, I decided not to go through with wasting my morning to get a wildly overpriced siding job. I can't speak to the quality of their work, which might be good or not.
