We bought a house last year with an in-ground pool which needed work. Prospect pools helped us through the whole process with water analysis, chemicals and care of our newly remodeled pool. They are always friendly, return calls promptly and extremely helpful. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. We have places closer to our home that we could use but we are willing to drive the extra miles because they are that good!
Just completed new Aspen shape Pool (custom design by owner) & Hot Tub in Oxford. Prospect Pools did great work, pros at pool building and very professional. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool.
They are very knowledgeable! Went in because I could not get a chlorine reading they immediately fixed my problem! Very nice people!
Terrible, doesn’t follow through, my mom’s pool was started in April, it’s now June 30th still not done. Said they would be here today to finish and were a no show. going on over 3 months. Lacks communication, service, and apparently can’t stay on schedule.
