especially if you are a college student, I do not recommend living here. the prices are very high for what you get. The communication and management was not good or organized. Appliances constantly broke and maintenance was almost impossible to get ahold of, I had a broken appliance for months that took them forever to respond to even though I had reached out multiple times. And, the parking situation was a disaster. Good location but overall pretty frustrating experience.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I’ve had a frustrating experience living here since move-in. From the start, communication with the office has been extremely difficult, emails and calls often go unanswered. My move-in process was completely disorganized. I was placed in the wrong apartment not once, but twice which delayed the moving process so much and caused me to lose more money for my moving truck. The apartments are really nice with great amenities. Breyanna answered all my questions thoroughly and with a smile.
Do not rent from Four Star!! They were involved in a recent lawsuit for wrongfully charging tenants. The apartment itself is fine in quality. It took me and my roommate 2 months and calling everyday for maintenance to come out to fix our move in maintenance. And it continues to take too long to fix the majority of our requests. Along with them refusing to fix a request but marking it as "completed". No visitor parking and minimal assigned resident parking with tow trucks frequently coming by.
