I love Prosper Family Medicine. The front desk staff at the new location are so wonderful compared to the previous staff at the old office. Katie was also very kind and helpful! The staff overall are great!!! AND I love the design of the office! It’s always a great experience any time I visit!
Everyone at this office is very professional, proficient, and pleasant to deal with. There were no long wait times the doctor did not seem rushed and was very knowledgeable. The waiting room, exam rooms, etc. were all super clean and nice. I did not have a doctor in this area as I am new to Texas, I’m very satisfied with my choice! *I had to go back to the office for an additional shot by a nurse practitioner. Excellent! I was nervous to switch providers when I moved. But I am SO HAPPY that I did. The entire team of front desk clerks, techs, and nurses are incredibly kind and great at their jobs. They will help you troubleshoot any problem you have. The providers are top notch! My NP, Sharon is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. She is what we need in terms of competent health care providers! As a nurse, I am very impressed. 10/10 would recommend. I love this practice!
I saw Sharon Thomas who was thorough with my visit and was patient with my concerns. The office staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm very happy with my new PCP.
This is an amazing family practice! You don’t feel like number like the last place I went. The staff is very friendly and helpful and NP Katherine Ferrell is so approachable and easy to talk to without feeling like you’re being judged. I highly recommend this family practice!
