I love the staff here, and the office is always clean. I see Sharon Thomas and she is by far the most kind, empathetic, attentive and understanding PCP I’ve ever had. We’re always on the same page with my health plan, she’s very supportive, and keeps me well educated of the health plan/medications. I can’t recommend her enough. Amazing office! Everyone is so friendly! I really enjoy it when I have an appointment with them! The front desk is phenomenal! They have the perfect balance between efficiency and patience. My NP, Katie, is also great! I look forward to seeing her each time I go. She cares so much about her patients as a whole person and it shows! Dr. Pandy has now been my Primary for a number of years and though it is primarily been for my Annual Physical, she and her office have always been there when I needed her. Even those times when one cannot raise their head off the pillow much less ones body off the bed, she was always there and worked me for appointment. I have always found that she is a Doctor who listens.
My visit with Dr. Pandey is always great. She takes a personal interest in my health and well-being. She listens to me and explains things clearly. I would recommend her and the incredible staff at Prosper Family Medical to anyone.
I visited Prosper Family Medicine for a bad cough, congestion, and difficulty breathing. The check-in process was a breeze and I felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff and providers were compassionate and caring, and it was clear they truly wanted to do what was best for me.
