I saw NP Sharon again yesterday, and as always, she was incredibly thorough and helpful. She takes the time to listen and makes sure all of my questions are answered before I leave. The staff is also very friendly, which makes each visit a pleasant experience. I also appreciate that the wait time is usually minimal—overall, a smooth and efficient visit every time. Highly recommend her!
Everyone at this office is very professional, proficient, and pleasant to deal with. There were no long wait times the doctor did not seem rushed and was very knowledgeable. The waiting room, exam rooms, etc. were all super clean and nice. I did not have a doctor in this area as I am new to Texas, I’m very satisfied with my choice! *I had to go back to the office for an additional shot by a nurse practitioner. Katherine was amazing! She was thorough with her assessment and took the time to understand my medical history and establish a personalized plan of care. I felt heard which means so much. Love her! All of the staff was so welcoming and helpful!
Excellent! I was nervous to switch providers when I moved. But I am SO HAPPY that I did. The entire team of front desk clerks, techs, and nurses are incredibly kind and great at their jobs. They will help you troubleshoot any problem you have. The providers are top notch! My NP, Sharon is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. She is what we need in terms of competent health care providers! As a nurse, I am very impressed. 10/10 would recommend. I love this practice!
I love Prosper Family Medicine. The front desk staff at the new location are so wonderful compared to the previous staff at the old office. Katie was also very kind and helpful! The staff overall are great!!! AND I love the design of the office! It’s always a great experience any time I visit!
