I have been going to this doctor office for a few months now and my provider is Nicole LaPierre. She's amazing always super sweet and listens well. They don't make me feel rushed, I feel heard and seen. They also have a good app that they use to communicate with you after labs and such,I think it's a great addition. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Sharon Thomas was attentive, patient, and genuinely listened to all of my concerns, which immediately made me feel at ease. Her calm and caring approach really stood out. The entire staff was just as impressive! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The office runs efficiently too; I was checked in, seen, and finished much quicker than expected. I’m grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office!
Prosper family medicine gives one the best experience from the check - in to check out. Have been visiting Dr Sharon for almost 2 years now and the experience has been the best. She is patient and considerate towards the patients and provides a detailed analysis on the problems, suggests available options and recommends the best approach for remedy and recovery. Driving 50+ miles to get to this place is no problem for my family and I when you get great service! We are always greeted with a smile and given eye contact which lets me know that that we have their full attention. The lobby is spacious, couch is comfortable and waters are always available. We never have to wait a long time to see anyone which is also great. I’d recommend this place to all of my family, friends and everyone reading this.
