Dr.Pandey is the best. I know she's my doctor but whenever she explaining things to me its like I'm talking to my closest girlfriend. Luv her! She is patient, kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing and talking to her at every visit. The staff is very nice and welcoming and the facilities are superb.
Wonderful experience. I'm very happy with the care I receive. I see Dr. Pandey and she is amazing! I have also seen Sharon Thomas and both are kind and take their time. I love that no one here makes me feel rushed. The medical assistants are also very nice and thorough. Another great thing about this practice is that they have a lab! So convenient and the lab tech is wonderful as well.
Had a great experience visiting Prosper Family Medicine for the first time — I can’t believe I’ve missed it for almost two years! Nicole LaPierre was incredibly patient and kind in understanding my needs, and the entire staff was exceptionally courteous. It was a refreshing change from my previous experience elsewhere, where the staff — including the primary care provider — always seemed rushed and inattentive.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Pandey’s for ten years since moving from Arlington to Prosper and she is absolutely the best PCP in the area! She is patient, kind, very thorough and summarizes her plan of action to make sure you understand….every, single, time. Great office staff too and she has Quest Lab on site!
I saw Dr. Pandey and her staff for the first time today and am very pleased with the care provided. The staff were friendly and Dr. Pandey took her time to meet with me and learn more about what I need as a new patient. The office is clean and comfortable. I’m very pleased with their service and am happy to be a new patient.
