I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Sharon Thomas was attentive, patient, and genuinely listened to all of my concerns, which immediately made me feel at ease. Her calm and caring approach really stood out. The entire staff was just as impressive! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The office runs efficiently too; I was checked in, seen, and finished much quicker than expected. I’m grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office!
Driving 50+ miles to get to this place is no problem for my family and I when you get great service! We are always greeted with a smile and given eye contact which lets me know that that we have their full attention. The lobby is spacious, couch is comfortable and waters are always available. We never have to wait a long time to see anyone which is also great. I’d recommend this place to all of my family, friends and everyone reading this.
I had an exceptional experience with Sharon, NP. From the moment she walked in with a friendly smile, her bedside manner was nothing short of amazing. She asked great questions, took the time to truly listen to my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling cared for and confident in my treatment plan. She is professional & friendly, and immediately made me feel confident in the care she provides.
