Great buying experience with Alec and financing with Kevin. Sales Manager Jerry was very helpful in working options.
Sold me a truck with major problems and charged me for a warranty that they don't honor without you leaving your new vehicle for ENDLESS WEEKS. Never fixed what they said they would upon purchase. Thia place is filled with liars and FORD should be ashamed for not helping.
The dealership did not inform me that my Service Advisor was fired, and nobody let me know that my truck was finished.
