The young man who helped me was very understanding and explained the whole process step by step and guided me through each step of the way to make it easy for me to follow. He has been there for me. I do recommend PROSPIFI. They make you feel at ease and they are very helpful any time you need to contact them.
Easy to talk to. The gentleman that helped me was very thorough explaining that they are there to help in any way they can. Although the method of paying off my accounts was not what I expected. I thought my accounts would have been paid off and closed. There must be a better method for their consolidation plan. Thank you for helping me take care of my issues.

The 'agent' would not connect. On agreed times to talk he would call 2 hours early or 3 hours late. A text to say he couldn't talk and let's reschedule never happened. Two stars is generous considering I never got to do business.
