Ms Heather was so caring and helpful with my situation! She listened, took things into consideration that other people did not and is helping me pay off my debt $400 A MONTH cheaper & 1 year less than what it would have taken me! I can't thank her enough!
The young man who helped me was very understanding and explained the whole process step by step and guided me through each step of the way to make it easy for me to follow. He has been there for me. I do recommend PROSPIFI. They make you feel at ease and they are very helpful any time you need to contact them.
Easy to talk to. The gentleman that helped me was very thorough explaining that they are there to help in any way they can. Although the method of paying off my accounts was not what I expected. I thought my accounts would have been paid off and closed. There must be a better method for their consolidation plan. Thank you for helping me take care of my issues.
TL:DR - Rude, make fun of 601 credit scores, not helpful, only want to convince you to consolidate, not actually give a loan. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would give no stars if I could. We're looking into getting a personal loan to pay off our debts and have one payment a month, instead of several.
