Our first indication of the professionalism and competence of the "agent" was to enter our home without so much as an email, stole keys that were mixed in with a pile of tools on the garage steps, then place a sign in the yard WITHOUT EVEN HAVING A SIGNED CONTRACT ON THE PROPERTY!!! From that point it deteriorated into strong arming and coercion, including constant threats of lawsuits if we did not do what they wanted.
