Excellent communication from day one. Smooth application and quick assessment and placement. We have been with our RBT Miss Telia since March, and she truly is a gem. She connected with my 5 year old son (4 at the time) very quickly with minimal intervention from me. She is very professional and reliable. We have an open line of communication. ZERO STARS but unfortunately you have to select a star to post. This company is completely horrible. I'm getting the run around. Its December 24th 2025 and I was cleared and I started this process in April 2025. On my father in law funeral I excuses myself from family to do an 3 hour assessment that we didn't even get to finish bc they woman had another assessment to do. Been with the agency for 5 years. Our BCBA has been a great help and resource for us. One RBT has been with us the whole time which is great for our son to have consistency.
I cant thank Proud Moments enough for the time they put in and dedication they have to their job ! My son has only been there for under 6 months and I've already seen significant changes in his behavior, social skills, eye contact, and his aversion to larger groups of people has turned around as well! He doesn't get overwhelmed when we have multiple family members around, he makes eye contact and his speech is coming along! I couldn't be happier with this short experience so far!
