I've been coming here since 2018 and my experience here has been nothing but positive, my life has made a complete turnaround . I've put alot of effort into my recovery and PCTC has played a big part In it. My counselor is always there if I need her and the dosing nurses are very personable and professional. I've never felt judged which is very important to me, I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their lives with medicated assisted treatment. Just started coming here a month ago and I’ve been kicking myself for not coming sooner. Definitely had some misconceptions about methadone clinics that have all been proven wrong by personal experience here. Every single member of the staff from the security at the door to the counselors, medical staff, and dosing nurses are incredibly kind and supportive and just want to see you succeed. ive been going here for about 1 year & in that time, my life has totally transformed for the better. ive had 2 different counselors since i started & both were outstanding. i can honestly say i felt better after each and every session. i am so grateful i decided to go here. i have ZERO issues with the staff. for the most part, they genuinely care & want nothing but the best for the clients. ive never been looked down upon, treated rudely, or disrespected in any way. they genuinely want to help you.
Worse methadone clinic in RI. If you want to get off opiates and not be sick don’t come here you will always be sick.
I would absolutely recommend Discovery House to anyone who was in need of treatment. They have great counselors and a clean establishment. Thank you Discovery House counselors, nurses and doctors you’ve helped me tremendously. I am clean and sober. Amen!
