Ivan was extremely helpful and professional! He made the whole process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service I really appreciate his help!
Ivan, the manager at this location is fantastic, great guy. However, the regional person that I spoke to was rude and pushy when I called to ask why, when I gave more than 2 weeks notice for moving out, that I was going to be charged for an entire month when I would only be there for 4 days of it. Crappy policy when they prorate for moving in, but not for moving out. I would not rent storage space with cubesmart again. They also increase your rent as soon as you move in.
We have three storage units at the Allen Texas location and Ivan has been amazing to work with. He is responsive, kind and helpful. Ivan exudes professionalism and represents the company extremely well. We have never had such a positive experience with a storage company like we’ve had with Ivan.
I was at a complete loss at what to do with paying for an out of state storage i cannot believe the amount of help Nick, Abaca and Ivan gave me. Nick was especially helpful and very determined to solve my problem. He never let go in helping me He helped me set up my APP. He was amazing. When you have good staff like these your business will thrive..
I recently switched from extra space to Cubesmart due to the exorbitant price increases Extra space keeps charging. I was helped by Nick at Cubesmart who went above and beyond to help with the process! Nick was super friendly & so sweet. He held my unit and even returned an item I had left behind in the office, made filling out my paperwork easy and showed me the unit prior to. So happy I switched to Cubesmart and plan to stay for a long time!
