Ivan is very personable and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions clearly and expanded explanations when some aspects weren’t so apparent. He explained how he manages the complex which I found to be very clean and well cared for. I highly recommend the area also. It is a quieter area with low traffic levels.

Great location, clean property, and excellent customer service. Stacy and Ivan were very knowledgeable, kind, funny, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process easy to understand and immediately addressed my concerns.
Ivan went above and beyond for my storage unit. I've rented with another franchise company, and 2 local companies thereafter, and I still rate my experience at cube smart with Ivan the best! Units are clean, not worry of rodents, and large enough gap for me to drive a trailer.
