We have three storage units at the Allen Texas location and Ivan has been amazing to work with. He is responsive, kind and helpful. Ivan exudes professionalism and represents the company extremely well. We have never had such a positive experience with a storage company like we’ve had with Ivan.
More like a 3.5. The people that work there are super helpful, nice and professional. 100% would come back just for customer service. I just have a problem with that the climate control is still pretty warm inside, maybe a few degrees lower so I get what I paid for. Also the moving cart they provide that I was using ( which is awesome they provide! ) the handle fell off. But I found the nuts and washers and fixed it. Not a big deal I know these things get beat up, maybe just tighten them a couple times a month? Thanks.
Ivan did a great job helping me select a storage room. The check in process was simple and fast. He was professional, courteous and respectful. The property was clean and appeared very well maintained. I love the APP and the ability to open the gate with my phone. THANK IVAN FOR SUGGESTING THE APP!
I visited this location to inquire about my storage unit and was greeted by Nicholas. He provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly friendly. Later that week, I moved out with the help of Ivan, who was incredibly professional, accommodating, and friendly. The team is doing an excellent job and truly reflects CubeSmart’s values.
Ivan was knowledgeable, professional and very kind with his time. Will definitely continue to use this storage facility in the future based on the pricing and the high level of customer service Ivan provides.
