Ivan, the manager at this location is fantastic, great guy. However, the regional person that I spoke to was rude and pushy when I called to ask why, when I gave more than 2 weeks notice for moving out, that I was going to be charged for an entire month when I would only be there for 4 days of it. Crappy policy when they prorate for moving in, but not for moving out. I would not rent storage space with cubesmart again. They also increase your rent as soon as you move in.
Very fast to sign up. Easy access, safe and clean location. Ivan & Nick were very friendly and courteous.
I recently switched from extra space to Cubesmart due to the exorbitant price increases Extra space keeps charging. I was helped by Nick at Cubesmart who went above and beyond to help with the process! Nick was super friendly & so sweet. He held my unit and even returned an item I had left behind in the office, made filling out my paperwork easy and showed me the unit prior to. So happy I switched to Cubesmart and plan to stay for a long time!
