Ivan is very personable and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions clearly and expanded explanations when some aspects weren’t so apparent. He explained how he manages the complex which I found to be very clean and well cared for. I highly recommend the area also. It is a quieter area with low traffic levels.
Gate is easy to get into and the process to rent one is very easy and simple. Unit could have been a bit cleaner but overall nice unit. Depending on which way you go you have to make a U-turn to get into or out of the storage facility. Other than that it is a great option and prices are decent and they normally always have a deal going on of some kind.
Ivans a great guy and has been helping my family with storage. Easy to talk to and you can tell he wants to help the customers to the best of his abilities. I would recommend Cubesmart if you want easy assistance from people like Ivan.
This is one of the best storage location! The location is safe, clean, and very well organized. The sales representative, Ivan, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process that I ended up getting two units here! Thank you Ivan!
