The property manager, Gerald, is fantastic. Gave me all the information I needed and helped me book the unit over the phone. Met me at the gate on move in day and showed me exactly where to park and how to get to my unit. The facility is clean and secure. Definitely recommend.
Would recommend! CHECK-IN: Smooth and speedy. I booked online and someone (Coco) called minutes later to confirm. The pick up process was seamless. Everything was done online: no need to sign forms at the office or get keys, as they’re already prepared for you inside the unit. We were looking for storage for the same day and it was a Sunday. We were fortunate to contact Stephanie at the 8101 N. Lamar location. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and an incredible asset to her company. She is dependable and followed up and followed through exactly as she said she would.
