Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s professional, kind, and genuinely cares about what she does. From the start, she made everything easy and comfortable, explained things clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.
I just moved into a unit here this week, the facilities are plenty nice but the customer service is what is uniquely above & beyond. Gerald at the front desk is amazing. I had a brief 5 minute interaction with him on the first day…. and then 3 days later he remembered me by name, remembered which unit was mine without even touching his computer…. Had the easiest, most pleasant time renting a space today at Public Storage! Most of the all the manager, Gerald. He was so helpful, professional, and courteous. Property is beyond clean and well maintained.Definitely recommend using this Public Storage facility.
