The property manager, Gerald, is fantastic. Gave me all the information I needed and helped me book the unit over the phone. Met me at the gate on move in day and showed me exactly where to park and how to get to my unit. The facility is clean and secure. Definitely recommend.
Would recommend! CHECK-IN: Smooth and speedy. I booked online and someone (Coco) called minutes later to confirm. The pick up process was seamless. Everything was done online: no need to sign forms at the office or get keys, as they’re already prepared for you inside the unit. I have had great experience here having stored my belongings twice between moves. My stuff has felt incredibly safe on the property. Gerald was very helpful and allowed me to store UPack ReloCubes for a couple of days on the property at no additional charge to help my move go smoothly.
We needed storage and we got 5 star customer service and assistance at all times. Nicole did a wonderful job at serving our needs at the drop of a dime. We are thankful to have public storage team on our side.
My boi g money, Gerald and Nikki has always been customer service friendly. As we laughed and talked about school. It's always a pleasure to see them both. Thanks for everything ♥️♥️
