Gerald at The Public Storage on N Lamar in Austin absolutely gets 5 stars for his customer service. Twice he has helped me find the best storage unit, at the best price, to fit my needs, all while being professional, friendly and courteous. Can’t recommend him enough.
Gerald was a gem to work with! Helped me get settled on my first day and transfer y units to ensure they were close to each other. Excited to have him as the PM here.
They will raise your rent by 60% after 1-3 months GAURANTEED. It is their “standard practice”, but they call it a periodic market adjustment while still offering the same unit publicly at the original rate (or less). Don’t be fooled by initial discounts.
Gerald was great help to us! When we first made our reservation we chose, by mistake, a site that would not fit our rv. Gerald called us right away, told us it wouldn’t fit and gave us a solution which solved the problem AND saved us some money. We are very thankful for his help and professionalism. We will never choose another storage in Austin.
The property manager, Gerald, is fantastic. Gave me all the information I needed and helped me book the unit over the phone. Met me at the gate on move in day and showed me exactly where to park and how to get to my unit. The facility is clean and secure. Definitely recommend.
