Clean facility, no issues with the unit, and great customer service. Gerald, the property manager, is very communicative and friendly. There may not always be someone in the reception, so I definitely recommend calling ahead of time if you need to speak to someone in person.
Cynthia provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Over the past few days, she has been incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. I want to leave a very positive review for Zack and Keith at Public Storage, 8101 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753.
