I had a great experience with Public Storage! The facility was clean, well-lit, and felt very secure. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, especially during move-in. I appreciated how easy it was to access my unit, and the online payment system made everything super convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable storage option!
I'm so sorry but someone Gerald or his staff or the inventory people are shady not once not twice but 3 times someone has stolen almost everything I had in there $1000 speakers and chainsaws lawnmowers computers and laptops new couponed off store stuff i bet 5000 worth of yard sale stuff among 100 other things and yes I considered moving but my health and money has been available nor the help to get it all moved out from there i have had no trouble with public storage for 12 yrs until I moved to this location complete crap f... read more
First time renting a unit here. Incredible service by amazing people. The location is super convenient and the facility is super clean and organized. Gerald, Nicole, and Isaac went above and beyond to make sure I have the right unit to fit my belongings. I could not be happier with the service.
Gerald is the property manager and he is the best has great customer service and he is very knowledgeable and he is very attentive with his property making sure everything is ran. Smoothly and customers are satisfied. I would recommend this storage facility because your belongings will be in good care and safe..
