Gerald is the property manager and he is the best has great customer service and he is very knowledgeable and he is very attentive with his property making sure everything is ran. Smoothly and customers are satisfied. I would recommend this storage facility because your belongings will be in good care and safe..
I'm so sorry but someone Gerald or his staff or the inventory people are shady not once not twice but 3 times someone has stolen almost everything I had in there $1000 speakers and chainsaws lawnmowers computers and laptops new couponed off store stuff i bet 5000 worth of yard sale stuff among 100 other things and yes I considered moving but my health and money has been available nor the help to get it all moved out from there i have had no trouble with public storage for 12 yrs until I moved to this location complete crap f... read more

for what it is worth... large unit INSIDE building + external gate, internal door supposedly requires codes.. got the call this AM , lock missing you need to come possibly robbed... YES in fact lock off INSIDE BUILDING.. unit across hall as well... yes filed police report, good luck with that... was not told at the time OH BY THE WAY others were also broken into as well.. I had to ask.. .and lastly... you would think maybe ? asking too much.. for cameras in the interior doors/hallways maybe.. anyway YOUR stuff is not safe e... read more
