Public storage is great!!! Somebody cut my lock with bolt cutters and before this person could steal any of my belongings they noticed suspicious activity stopped the theft and contacted me right away then locked my belongings up for me or until I got there. Once I arrived they gave me a new $25 lock for free had me inspect my property to make sure it was all there and apologized for the inconvenience. Our first time renting a storage unit and this particular Public Storage's online reviews led us here. Thanks to the property manager Gerald, we had a smooth experience touring various sizes and eventually deciding on a large unit with a locked in rate.
Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s professional, kind, and genuinely cares about what she does. From the start, she made everything easy and comfortable, explained things clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.
Gerald and Ms. Maria are great. Unit are clean and door work smoothly. Had an outside unit, wide driveway, loading in and out very easy.
Gerald was a gem to work with! Helped me get settled on my first day and transfer y units to ensure they were close to each other. Excited to have him as the PM here.
