I needed a place to temporarily store some items from my home. Public Storage in my city is less than five minutes from where I live. The process of signing up for a storage unit was quick and the person who took care of me was pleasant and knowledgeable. His explanation of how the contract worked was understandable. Access to the unit is a breeze. I am very satisfied with where my items are being stored for the time being.
Very well run complex, The property manager Stephen has always been very helpful even before it was public storage. He provides the best customer service out of every property I’ve ever rented from. That’s storage or residential. He deserves a huge raise from corporate before someone else comes in and steals him.
Araceli was very professional and really took her time to show us the units and explain the process to us. She also keeps the property very clean and checks everything twice!
We have been using this storage facility for a long time - over 6 years - it has been bought out by multiple companies over the course of the years. It's a solid location - easy to access and everything has been secure. I have no complaints about that. When Public Storage took over things went downhill; however, they seem to have cleaned up their problems. My main complaint is with the rent increases. They are unreasonable.
