READ THE FINE PRINT!! I rented two units beginning May 20. Paid a full month’s rent for both. Upon moving out on June 2 I found that I had already been charged for the full month of June. I was told that if they were occupied on the first of the month there was another charge for that full month. So if you rent on the last day of the month and pay for a full month, the very next day you get charged for another month. ??? That is completely unethical. I needed a place to temporarily store some items from my home. Public Storage in my city is less than five minutes from where I live. The process of signing up for a storage unit was quick and the person who took care of me was pleasant and knowledgeable. His explanation of how the contract worked was understandable. Access to the unit is a breeze. I am very satisfied with where my items are being stored for the time being.
Very well run complex, The property manager Stephen has always been very helpful even before it was public storage. He provides the best customer service out of every property I’ve ever rented from. That’s storage or residential. He deserves a huge raise from corporate before someone else comes in and steals him.
Araceli was very professional and really took her time to show us the units and explain the process to us. She also keeps the property very clean and checks everything twice!
The area is right around my home. The staff office girl is amazing. The climate and charges of storages are awsom. Over all I'm happy
