Danielle helped me with renting a unit. She made our experience very pleasant with great customer service. Danielle answered all my questions & showed me the way to my new unit. The environment appeared very clean & organized. The base rent & fees were very clearly laid out, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I can confidently say I feel great about moving my things in soon.
Came in to ask about the entire process of renting a locker here. It is never fun when having to move and even worse when you don’t know where you want to take it . Danielle greeted us with a warm and friendly smile , And although we Arnt ready to rent today she was happy to answer all the many questions we had and even showed us around the property . Danielle is awesome she is a very nice person. Extremely personable. She made my day. Moving your whole household into a storage can be a very hard and extremely depressing but she reassured me and comforted me. I love her and her personality and work ethic is extremely amazing.
Danielle is perfect example of what good customer service should be . She is friendly professional and even greeted us at the door to open it for us! Property looks and smells clean all of the time, If I could give her more stars I would !!!, If you need a storage locker , this is the place to be!
Casandra did a great job getting me into a storage unit right next to one I already lease. She swept the unit and made sure my lock worked before I left. Thanks for the great service!
