We have been using this storage facility for a long time - over 6 years - it has been bought out by multiple companies over the course of the years. It's a solid location - easy to access and everything has been secure. I have no complaints about that. When Public Storage took over things went downhill; however, they seem to have cleaned up their problems. My main complaint is with the rent increases. They are unreasonable. Just got my first rental today and Stephen did great! He walked me through and explained the whole process which made everything a smoother process. Had many questions but all well answered! Thank you to Stephen!
Setting up a rental space here was super easy. The manager I spoke to, Steven, walked me to my unit to make sure I wouldn't get lost and had answers to everything I wanted to know.
Ms. Lawri was a big help and showed me all of my options for storages. Very friendly and welcoming.
Steven was incredibly helpful getting our new units setup. Very professional and knowledgeable!!
