We rented from public storage for a few months and it was a great experience. We were able to get in and out when needed. What really made the experience above and beyond was your employee, Latrice. She was SO nice, and helpful both checking in, and checking out. She answered all questions, and went above and beyond to walk us to our unit, make sure we knew exactly where we were going, and make sure we comfortable. She was the one who made the experience 5 stars.

I do not normally leave reviews, however my experience here with the property manager Latrice was TOO GOOD not to share! I had a wonderful experience at Morningstar Storage thanks to Glenda Gonzalez. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Glenda truly goes above and beyond. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me total peace of mind. I highly recommend Mo... read more

I would not recommend this place. We moved out of this storage about a month ago. While moving my mattress out there was a dead roach inside of the sealed plastic. There was tons of dog food in my boxes ( I have no pets). Dead spiders on top of the boxes. For being a climate controlled storage this is horrible. When I reached out to the property manager he said I had to contact the storage insurance company (they could care less). The insurance company can only grant up to $200 after you submit receipts and fill out paperwor... read more

Aki helped me get into a unit and was very pleasant and peasant as I struggled to navigate the app to lock in a unit. She made it a pleasant experience for me. Thank you Aki, your customer service skills are on point.
