I would not recommend this place. We moved out of this storage about a month ago. While moving my mattress out there was a dead roach inside of the sealed plastic. There was tons of dog food in my boxes ( I have no pets). Dead spiders on top of the boxes. For being a climate controlled storage this is horrible. When I reached out to the property manager he said I had to contact the storage insurance company (they could care less). The insurance company can only grant up to $200 after you submit receipts and fill out paperwor... read more
Nice storage facility, BUT, the price goes up pretty regularly. My mom has been here a year and a half and started at $80/month and just got a notice it was going up to $270/month. Yikes! We’ve been moving her out of the unit over the last couple of days and they only have 2 rolling carts! That’s ridiculous, especially given how much they charge residents.
Ali at Public Storage provided exceptional service! He was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to help me choose the right storage option. We've had a great experience with office staff, most recently with Lauren. Although it is sometimes difficult to reach staff by phone or catch them in the office because they must be out and about to take care of units, etc., my phone messages are always returned. When speaking face to face with staff, they are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Today when we spoke to Lauren, she was friendly, very responsive and went above and beyond to answer our questions and resolve our issues.
I have used this facility for storage for a couple years now. I have always had a good experience until today. The attendant I had the pleasure of dealing with is Whitney. At least that what she told me her name was. Completely incompetent and not helpful at all. I scheduled a move out per public storage procedures and Whitney tells me there is a lot on my empty unit.
