I would not recommend this place. We moved out of this storage about a month ago. While moving my mattress out there was a dead roach inside of the sealed plastic. There was tons of dog food in my boxes ( I have no pets). Dead spiders on top of the boxes. For being a climate controlled storage this is horrible. When I reached out to the property manager he said I had to contact the storage insurance company (they could care less). The insurance company can only grant up to $200 after you submit receipts and fill out paperwor... read more
Absolutely a 5 star business!! Troy and Latrice were on site today and couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only was the facility super clean and secure. The willingness of these individuals to assure the customers happiness is immaculate! Definitely recommend coming here!!!
My girl Latrice was 10/10 helping me transfer units! She's so nice and made everything so easy. She went above and beyond making sure I had everything squared away, she was amazing!

My recent visits over the Labor Day weekend to the 16091 S. 1-35 Frontage Rd location were great ones! I’m a new occupant and Ms. Latrice was there with her welcoming smile. I was having trouble with my access code, and she was able to assist me with a reset. After that was taken care of, she took the time to walk me to the South gate to make sure I had access without problem. She even took the time to walk me through to find my unit.
