We rented from public storage for a few months and it was a great experience. We were able to get in and out when needed. What really made the experience above and beyond was your employee, Latrice. She was SO nice, and helpful both checking in, and checking out. She answered all questions, and went above and beyond to walk us to our unit, make sure we knew exactly where we were going, and make sure we comfortable. She was the one who made the experience 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience at Morningstar Storage thanks to Glenda Gonzalez. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I thought Evelyn was quick and helpful but I’ve realized she lied about $22/month and signed me up for $25/month. Now I’m with an agent on the chat who refuses to confirm the move out date I had originally setup with Evelyn. Turns out they don’t give you a move out date. They just expect you to renew or something!? ¿

They lure people in with attractive online deals, then once you’re moved in, they raise the rent—often doubling the original price. It feels like they use customers who need storage, knowing most won’t want the hassle of moving their belongings again. What starts as a reasonable month-to-month rate quickly turns into something completely different, and the lack of transparency makes the experience feel misleading and unfair. Thanks Eric for offering no other solutions! Beware

I would not recommend this place. We moved out of this storage about a month ago. While moving my mattress out there was a dead roach inside of the sealed plastic. There was tons of dog food in my boxes ( I have no pets). Dead spiders on top of the boxes. For being a climate controlled storage this is horrible. When I reached out to the property manager he said I had to contact the storage insurance company (they could care less).
