if you get a unit here, prepare for random increases in rent with no change in amenities. A few days after receiving the notice that my unit would increase to almost $200 a month (something I can’t afford and now have to find another moving day to a smaller unit), I go in and it was so hot I couldn’t even stay in my unit as long as I needed to. Once we arrived at the office, Robert provided outstanding service—he had everything taken care of in less than 15 minutes. His kind words and professionalism truly made the experience exceptional.
Received the royal treatment from TKeyah. She was professional, patient, kind and informative. The property is clean inside and out and feels very secure. Tkeyah and Lisa are the best!! Lisa also assisting, providing info to my many questions. Glad to rent at this location.
Lisa is amazing. I had a stuck lock and app remote function that didn't work. But in less than 30 minutes, she had assessed and solved it all. Then, she got me a 3 month discount. Lisa is the Queen of Customer Service! If I could, 6 Stars
