Carlos has been amazing in my search of a storage unit. His customer service is top notch and made sure I leave happy with keys in my hand. His excellent attitude deserves him to be in a leadership role. Truly!! Very rare nowadays to find a young man this dedicated and passionate about what he does.
if you get a unit here, prepare for random increases in rent with no change in amenities. A few days after receiving the notice that my unit would increase to almost $200 a month (something I can’t afford and now have to find another moving day to a smaller unit), I go in and it was so hot I couldn’t even stay in my unit as long as I needed to.
