I just wanted to say thank you to district manager Emma, who went above and beyond for me when I thought I was gonna lose it all and lose my storage not being able to make a payment because the state I’m in all Public Storage’s are cashless. Carlos has been amazing in my search of a storage unit. His customer service is top notch and made sure I leave happy with keys in my hand. His excellent attitude deserves him to be in a leadership role. Truly!! Very rare nowadays to find a young man this dedicated and passionate about what he does.
It was such a easy & fast process. Renting a unit was such last minute & he made sure it was less stressful than what last minute emergencies already are. Carlos was very informative & def recommend working with him.
