I made a storage reservation online today, but when I arrived, I was assigned a different size than what I had booked. Fortunately, the two ladies working at 2 PM on July 1st were incredibly kind and helpful. I was so grateful for their support! A truck was already on its way, and I was feeling a bit panicked, but they were so warm, friendly, and reassuring. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

I rented a unit at public storage ! A very wonderful Helpful person named Angie Davis made this this process very easy and fast . I’ve rented a lot of storage units. She by far made it the easiest.
This is the BEST storage unit facility I’ve ever used. Really easy to work with and Quan was really helpful when I lost the key to my lock. I spoke with other staff and they were great too. I highly recommend using this place. My items were kept safe and they worked with me on everything. The app is great too!
