I had a wonderful time renting at public storage! The process was easy and straightforward the attendant was very helpful and answered all my questions, she was very cheerful and friendly, and after a lovely conversation I said I'd make a point to leave a review of her, Deb is a great addition to this location a bright smile that leaves customers satisfied and happier, thank you Deb! Keep up the great work!!
I made a storage reservation online today, but when I arrived, I was assigned a different size than what I had booked. Fortunately, the two ladies working at 2 PM on July 1st were incredibly kind and helpful. I was so grateful for their support! A truck was already on its way, and I was feeling a bit panicked, but they were so warm, friendly, and reassuring. Thank you so much for your amazing service!
This place does NOT have indoor air conditioning. They are repainting this place, but the whole thing needs to be renovated. They are out of compliance, and it smells. All there is in this specific storage unit is clothes, and there's a hole in the ceiling right above everything. Please don't be sorry. Just fix this place up. It needs a lot of TLC.
