I called regarding renting a unit. Deb was very thorough and answered my many questions; she said I could always reach back out for any concern I had. I appreciate the time she took with me, so ask for Deb if you want great customer service!
I had a wonderful time renting at public storage! I made a storage reservation online today, but when I arrived, I was assigned a different size than what I had booked. Fortunately, the two ladies working at 2 PM on July 1st were incredibly kind and helpful. I was so grateful for their support! A truck was already on its way, and I was feeling a bit panicked, but they were so warm, friendly, and reassuring. Thank you so much for your amazing service!
