Mary was super helpful and accommodating with my new 10x10 AC rental. The property is clean, even the bathroom! Nice fencing and you can use the app to open the gate to gain entry. Thank you for being so informative for me to make the best decision for my needs!
Public storage in Conroe Texas served its purpose for storing some of our smaller tools that were accessible and convenient to us during working hours, as they were in a radius that made it convenient to pick up smaller tools when needed.
This place does NOT have indoor air conditioning. They are repainting this place, but the whole thing needs to be renovated. They are out of compliance, and it smells. All there is in this specific storage unit is clothes, and there's a hole in the ceiling right above everything. Please don't be sorry. Just fix this place up. It needs a lot of TLC. UPDATE: Now that Easter is in our collective rear view mirror, I'm happy to announce that the Easter Bunny hatched me a brightly colored Easter egg in the form of Mary. Mary makes my storage unit feel like part of my home. Like a good neighbor, she's kept a watchful eye on the property, and checks in on me when I'm rummaging through my unit - which is a great comfort on days when I'm moving heavy boxes. Manager was fantastic, Mary was so helpful and got us into a unit right away. Climate control is clean and secure. Very easy to access and triple the size for what I was getting at Uhaul. No appointments required and definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.thank you Again Mary for your help and thank you for helping us get settled so quickly and easily
