If you’re considering storing your belongings here, PLEASE take heed to the other reviews—I wish I had. There's rat droppings everywhere!! This location has a serious rat and bedbug infestation, and trying to get in contact with anyone is nearly impossible. I just removed my furniture from storage, and despite being properly wrapped, everything was infested with bedbugs. I had to file a claim through their third-party insurance, which, thankfully, has been responsive. However, the property manager has been difficult to reac... read more

Filled with rats. Nobody is ever in the office. I came back about a month after putting my stuff in storage and the rats hat torn apart a basket and burrowed into the couch and mattress. I was honestly okay with the idea that after leaving my stuff in storage there might be some animal damage, but my furniture was RUINED after a month. PUBLIC NOTICE: Stay Away From PUBLIC Storage in general and specifically this location in Coppell. WHY: They are absolutely NO different than any other storage facility. Except they charge TOO much then raise their rates every single year GUARANTEED. If you want to be taken advantage of, then sign a contract with them and watch your money be wasted in the worst way. They truly take advantage of your situation (needing storage) and then PUNISH you for staying with them because you're not going to want to move your things to a... read more

I'm so upset and broken hearted because these freaking rat infested storage units will only give me $218 when my rent showing on my app says $256...renters insurance only gives you $250 with $100 deductible. Which I had dropped a few months ago. There is 3 entire queen size bedroom suites ruined, 1 twin size bed with roll out twin size bed, plus my couch, loveseat, recliner, clothes paperwork, /toys stuffed animals, I sold formal gowns in the past and some of those were ruined too. I was hazardous, disgusting, and very time ... read more
