The manager at this location, William was a great help to me. He was able to clear all confusion and additional charges for me with an issue I had. He was very professional and polite with me and I appreciate his attentiveness and understanding. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know every step of the way until its completion. We just moved back to Texas and went to our unit to move some items to the house and discovered mold in our CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit that we pay almost $400/month for - and I’m pissed. The guy moving out across from us said that corporate made a visit awhile back and complained it was too cold and made them turn the AC up to 75 degrees.
