William helped me and my husband out with a refund for a lock and getting moved in. It was a quick and easy process. We weren’t even there for five minutes. Heard great things judging by the reviews so that’s why we came here and it was well worth it!
The manager at this location, William was a great help to me. He was able to clear all confusion and additional charges for me with an issue I had. He was very professional and polite with me and I appreciate his attentiveness and understanding. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know every step of the way until its completion. I stopped by today at the office and William helped me out with every question I needed definitely makes you feel good when you store your belongings here that it’s well taken care of by employees that care! Properties always well taken care of which can go along way with customers.

Robert was very friendly and considerate of the customers on site today, he was walking around alerting customers that the fire alarms were going to be set off for testing and to not be alarmed myself. Glad to know they do regular maintenance and testing while keeping everything clean and in order.
