We just moved back to Texas and went to our unit to move some items to the house and discovered mold in our CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit that we pay almost $400/month for - and I’m pissed. The guy moving out across from us said that corporate made a visit awhile back and complained it was too cold and made them turn the AC up to 75 degrees. This is a very nice storage facility. Kailey took her time and explained everything to me in detail. She allowed me to tour the facility and look at a unit before I decided to rent. After I rented my storage unit, she personally took me to the unit and showed me how to ensure it is locked properly. A few days later I had some issues with the lever not sliding over for me to lock it properly and Christina took care of moving my rental to a different unit with no problem. I’ve had three separate storages with this company. I’m currently in my fourth storage rental. I have never had a problem with Public Storage and since I’ve been here, Robert and William have made the transition absolutely effortless for me. I will be a customer of Public Storage for as long as I need them. You guys are awesome. Stay awesome.
William and Robert were working today when I called to talk about my monthly rental rate. Robert was very kind and listened to my concerns. He also reached out for extra support to help me get some additional solutions. I really appreciate him going above and beyond. It’s a clean and secure facility to maintain my storage needs. This location is clean and never have a problem when I go..The climate is always at good temperature. Sharon one site property manager is great with any questions or concerns I have. Sharon is always polite and has great customer service.
