I've had a wonderful experience thanks to Christina. She provided the best customer service I could ask for. Specifically, she was a huge help when [I was unsure of the size / needed advice on packing / had a problem with my lock]. She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent employee!

The manager at the DeSoto location was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me throughout the entire process and made my experience very smooth. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from them in the future.
They had great customer service here. Robin was very helpful in getting our storage handled and did everything by the book. I felt safe leaving my belongings here.
