Unacceptable – Severe rodent infestation ruined my furniture at Dickinson facility (Outside Unit 6016) Do not rent from Public Storage at the Dickinson, TX location! Shoutout to Derrill for addressing any questions and concerns I had. First time renting out a storage unit and couldn’t have chosen a better place, talk about top notch security you ain’t getting in or out without a gate code and cleanliness of the units exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work Derrill 🙌🏽
Great customer service! I've used them before, and Darell has always provided excellent service and answered all of my questions. James is newer, and he was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
I am very pleased with my experience thus far with this location. I've needed a storage for awhile now to move my things that I'm savaging from my home that burned in February 2025. Darrill is such a pleasure to encounter. Very helpful, even told me where I could find help with moving my things from the house to the storage.
I appreciate all the work that Daryl does here at this location I see that he's training a new person and I'm pretty sure they're going to be just as good as Darrell and a great asset to your store
