Shoutout to Derrill for addressing any questions and concerns I had. First time renting out a storage unit and couldn’t have chosen a better place, talk about top notch security you ain’t getting in or out without a gate code and cleanliness of the units exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work Derrill 🙌🏽

"Great customer service! All details given right away, no confusion 5stars" Was my original review, and sadly it's untrue. Verbally you may hear your rates won't rise from the Manager, and they're allowed to tell you that to bring you in. But the contract at the end does lock you into raising rates with 30 days notice. They'll tell you months later that they would've sent you an email if you were actually picked for the promotional deal and that's the only way to keep your rates.

Went there, today and, talked with Derrill about getting my key for the storage I rented. I messed up and got one without controlled air. He helped me right away and fixed it and I got one that is air controlled. He is very friendly and nice and very much helpful. I was treated with full respect. So if you need or want a storage I highly recommend this place. You can't get many people these days that are helpful and cares about there people. Thank you Derrill you was amazing at what you do. Have a blessed day

I recently experienced a theft from my storage unit. Shockingly, there's no camera in the aisle where my unit is—the only aisle without one, and the managers have known about this for a while. Despite three thefts in two months, management has done nothing. I expected better security and responsiveness. They only shared the data for one day to the police department.
