I recently experienced a theft from my storage unit. Shockingly, there's no camera in the aisle where my unit is—the only aisle without one, and the managers have known about this for a while. Despite three thefts in two months, management has done nothing. I expected better security and responsiveness. They only shared the data for one day to the police department.

Who says they have 24 hours service? Not FM 646. They raised the rent $130 overnight. There is a brand new facility around the corner called Grand Toy Storage. 12 x 35 for $250. They are brand new with 25 hour access and their lights inside the unit work.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION! Misrepresented the unit and enticed with low price. When my boss went to upgrade to a much larger unit we waited for almost an hour before we left. Customer service is terrible 1000% DONT RECOMMEND. I canceled my order within an hour of getting it and they want us to pay 30 times more than we did to rent it. Horrible scam

Called to hold a storage, was told by the front desk man that he would be there until 1 so we could view it before we rented it. We arrived at 12, stood in the front for 30 minutes with no sign of him. Called the two phone numbers he called us from, immediately to voicemail. Called out for someone, no answer. They don’t want your business, go elsewhere.
