Derrill was extremely courteous and helpful regarding our rental. He provided all of the necessary information for getting setup and the layout of the property to get started. It has been a great initial experience!
the property is clean and well maintained but the 10x20 unit has no lighting inside and the roll up door will not stay open. I have to use something to hold the door open while I am moving stuff in or out. The only lighting is what filters in from the ceiling lights in the hallway.
Who says they have 24 hours service? Not FM 646. They raised the rent $130 overnight. There is a brand new facility around the corner called Grand Toy Storage. 12 x 35 for $250. They are brand new with 25 hour access and their lights inside the unit work.
I recently experienced a theft from my storage unit. Shockingly, there's no camera in the aisle where my unit is—the only aisle without one, and the managers have known about this for a while. Despite three thefts in two months, management has done nothing. I expected better security and responsiveness. They only shared the data for one day to the police department.
No customer service worst place I've been, no one is there we tried to call them and came 2 times 2 different yet seems like these people can't afford to hire a employee no one is here don't waste your time
