I have been with Public Storage for 5 years and I always pay my rent on time. My rent started at $99 then went up $120 now they have gone up again on my storage, $180.00 this is only for 6 months then they will increase the rent again. This is not good at all they are unfair due to the knowledge of the new attendance that are paying less for the same size storage as mine.Please help me understand this.
I needed a unit temporarily and called the customer service number to set up an appointment. As expected Deborah gave a call and was very helpful in setting up an appointment and assisting w/ determining what sized unit I needed. When I arrived to the property she was very personable yet by the book. I appreciated the professionalism w/ a touch of care.
