I have never written a review for anything. However, I was so blown away by the service I received and the excellent condition of this particular location. Candie was very helpful and made the rental process very easy. She gave me a tour of the place and showed me where my unit was located. On my move in day, everything was ready for me with no issues. The place is clean & appears very secure. I recommend this location. Candie deserves a raise! She represents the company very well.
Candy is the best! Had a leak in my unit and she was able to get on it and transfer me to a new unit right away. Her service is always there when I need it and she’s very informative about the best interest of the customers. She’s always helpful and nice. Love working with her
Great experience so far. Check-in was smooth and easy. The manager Candie has been wonderful--very kind and helpful. Unit is in great shape and I really appreciate having an indoor area to pull up to for loading and unloading.
Candie great customer service. I moved out because rent increase less than one year as a customer. One time I got a lock in my unit with the excuse a security policy without previous notice. They said all units must have an additional lock which was not enforced on all units.
Chris did an amazing job helping up pick out our unit! He made it fun and gave us great information! Definitely recommend working with him!
