Make sure you don’t move out before the end of the month because they will re-rent the storage unit that you’ve already paid the full month for without your knowledge. Be prepare for a $50 price hike at any given moment. Good luck reaching anyone in the office. Be prepared to play phone tag with Brandy. Not the best. Not the worst. Overpriced. Definitely shop around because once you’re moved in, you’re moved in.

So I rented a pretty big storage unit here 10 x 20. About 3 months ago. Literally made 3 payments on time. Then out of nowhere i get a message stating that my rate would be increasing $70. So my rent went from 167 to 237. Which is an insane concept. They never stated introductory rates last for this long type of thing. It’s giving they trick you into a rate, let you get settle.
