The access code to get in was incorrect. Someone let me in so I could move my stuff in. I have called and left messages and sent emails with no reply. So now my stuff is in a storage unit that I cannot access. 7-10-25. The manager reached out to me to let me know why the code wasn't working initially and apologized. He followed up with me a couple of times after to make sure I had been able to gain access.
Climate control at this location is a failure. We had mold on clothes and furniture stored here. Public storage will not take care of this. They say we have to file on insurance.
Had to move some items in last minute. Found this public storage near the house. Nick was amazing. Made sure everything was squared away and easy. Facility was clean and air conditioned.
Just signed up for a unit at this location! Nick, the property manager, was super nice and extremely helpful. He was attentive to answer all of my questions, and was willing to walk me around to a couple of the empty units so I could visualize them. I came in not knowing if I would sign up for this property, and he sold me on the perfect unit! It's a super clean facility, very well maintained!
Great experience! Super affordable prices compared to others, 24-hour access, and a very clean facility. They provide moving carts, have plenty of parking, and two large loading areas, making everything so convenient. Pam, the manager, even called to check in, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!"
