Just signed up for a unit at this location! Nick, the property manager, was super nice and extremely helpful. He was attentive to answer all of my questions, and was willing to walk me around to a couple of the empty units so I could visualize them. I came in not knowing if I would sign up for this property, and he sold me on the perfect unit! It's a super clean facility, very well maintained!
Great experience! Super affordable prices compared to others, 24-hour access, and a very clean facility. They provide moving carts, have plenty of parking, and two large loading areas, making everything so convenient. Pam, the manager, even called to check in, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!"
So easy. I reserved a small unit (5x10) online. Showed up with my own lock, returned their's in the drop box, and started storing my things. It's very secure and I've never had a problem finding a cart. Sarah from the location contacted me to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was all set up. It could not have been easier.
That haven’t had the AC working for six months after a hurricane. One elevator went down for a few months and then the second broke. So we had no elevator at all for about 2 months. Meanwhile I’m paying a premium for both…. The place is owned by corporate and the mangers don’t seem to handle anything with any urgency.
The manager, Nick, was SO helpful. The property was clean and tidy. He answered all my questions and was very respectful. I highly recommend this location just because of how sweet Nick is!
