Previous customer and now returning for another storage rental. Kelly was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Facility is very clean and accessible to major streets. The app provides another level service with automatic access to facilities.
I reserved a unit online yesterday (easily) and decided to visit the facility today before moving in. I received a warm greeting by Kelly who is the on-site manager at the time. She was extremely helpful describing what I need to do the day of move-in, including a thorough walk-through of the facility and our unit. I would highly recommend this facility for location, cleanliness and most important, the great staff!
Kelley was very nice. I had to switch units because the one I rented was not going to be big enough. She took care of that quickly. Thanks Kelley for a pleasant experience!!
