Won a unit from auction. Showed up to pay, lady asked us to go up and look before we pay and had broke the security tag already and had in her hand. We started the video when she told us to do this because it was strange. She told us it was new policy. The video is unedited from the entire time on property. We went down and asked if they knew boxes were missing? By far the best experience I've ever had renting a storage unit. Kelly was great. She showed me several units, was very knowledgeable about the facility. I have friends who have worked at Corporate she represents the PS brand very well. The complex was extremely clean an organized. She showed me a 10x30 outside unit and it was immaculate which isn't always the case for outside units. We also looked at an interior unit that that was immaculate as well. I would highly recommend Public Storage and ask for Kelly.
Manager Kelly at the Public Storage location on 8433, Legacy Drive in Frisco is outstanding. She’s professional, courteous, and genuinely goes out of her way to help customers. While the corporate website and some of the company systems can be frustrating and don’t always feel five-star, Kelly absolutely does. This five-star review is for her dedication and customer service.
This location exceeds all other Public Storage facilities I’ve used in the past. Kelly is a bright spot in the company. Her attentive customer service skills make her an all star standout. Happy to do business here! Thank you!
I relocated from South Tx to Frisco and needed a temporary storage. Kelly went above and beyond to help with the process. She was kind, courteous and professional. This is my second time using this facility within the past couple of years and the facility is clean and secure. Will use again if needed.
