I’ve had to transfer units a couple of times now and Laurie has done a remarkable job every single time. Gotta give credit where credit is due. I would gladly choose to rent again based on her excellent service and attention to any matter. Thankful for this location!
Super easy to sign up and pay online to start up the rental. Great instructions on how to find my storage location, get inside and find the lock. Amazing "no contact" procedure!
Lori and Nick are too great employers they really help me get my stuff taken care of because my information was really wrong. They are great people and I think they are the perfect people for this company. They have a great way and respectful way how they talk to their customers they take time to help their customers. Laurie was awesome! She took great care of me and really knew her stuff about the facility. She's super to work with and helped me find the perfect storage.
