Lori and Nick are too great employers they really help me get my stuff taken care of because my information was really wrong. They are great people and I think they are the perfect people for this company. They have a great way and respectful way how they talk to their customers they take time to help their customers. I had a great experience at Public Storage! The facility is very clean, well-kept, and feels like a safe environment every time I stop by. The staff here is friendly and professional, especially Tabitha. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, made the whole process smooth, and has such a welcoming attitude that really stands out. It’s clear that she cares about the customers and the property. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!
The storage unit is really good until it’s not. I got a great price on my storage unit that I’ve had for about a year and they’ve increased the price 2 to 3 times since then. I work late nights and whenever I signed up, it was 24 hour access. now they’re charging an extra $30 For you to access your storage unit outside of the hours. If it is self storage, that should already be included and is absolutely ridiculous.
