Had a issue where I didnt realize they preselect the units when you check in online and Brooke was very helpful and patient figuring out how to rectify the issue without too much trouble ... and Laurie (the KTP) was able to remedy the problem painlessly! Property is clean affordable and well managed! Thanks!

Best price in the area, and Laurie is always helpful. There are not always enough dolleys to go around, but other than that we are happy with this unit. We have tried to switch to other companies multiple times, yet Public Storage has the best rates by far.
My husband and I actually live closer to TWO other Public Storages but choose this one, not only because of it having the best prices, but their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Laurie has helped us with a few things that came up the past year of being a PS customer. She is so kind, easy to talk to, and makes any issue that may arise super simple! She is a blessing to this company! Her team is pretty great, too!
