I had a great experience at Public Storage! The facility is very clean, well-kept, and feels like a safe environment every time I stop by. The staff here is friendly and professional, especially Tabitha. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, made the whole process smooth, and has such a welcoming attitude that really stands out. It’s clear that she cares about the customers and the property. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!
My experience with Laurie was great! I was actually trying to rent a unit near me on East Buckingham. I was frustrated with the process since no one was there that day. Drove to the Bunker location and Laurie solved all my problems! Smooth process Thank you so much Laurie!
Hats Off to Laurie and Tabitha! A couple of weeks ago my wife and I pulled into the lot at ten minutes til closing and Laurie was very helpful...not only did they stay past their closing time but she took the time to find out what we really needed. I explained that we stage houses and had a Uhaul truck full of furniture and neither of my two existing units had enough space to put it all. Tabitha was so helpful during my first in-person visit. I was delighted when I arranged the rental while on the go. The electronic door opening with the app is top notch. And even when the exit gate held me in, Tabitha came right down to show me how it's done.
Great and speedy service. Office staff is super helpful in understanding what needs I have for a unit. Tabitha was great at helping me decide which best fits me. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
