I had the pleasure of working with Ben at Public Storage, and I can't say enough good things about his exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, Ben greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude, making me feel welcome and valued. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and providing helpful recommendations to ensure I had the right storage unit for my needs. Ben went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I had the pleasure of having Lorrie help me not at just the Miles location helping me move my stuff out of my parents storage. Then I moved my stuff into another unit at the Bunker hill location where she popped up again to help me move into my new unit. She also helped me with my return for the lock I didn’t need. Amazing service and very Friendly. 10 Stars in my book.

Based on her outstanding customer service alone, I would highly recommend renting at this facility!
