Best price in the area, and Laurie is always helpful. There are not always enough dolleys to go around, but other than that we are happy with this unit. We have tried to switch to other companies multiple times, yet Public Storage has the best rates by far.
My husband and I actually live closer to TWO other Public Storages but choose this one, not only because of it having the best prices, but their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Laurie has helped us with a few things that came up the past year of being a PS customer. She is so kind, easy to talk to, and makes any issue that may arise super simple! She is a blessing to this company! Her team is pretty great, too!
Laurie was so amazing! She helped us pick the exact unit that would be easiest for us and she even helped us find all the deals! What a great experience!!
Laurie took great care of me along with another customer that showed up at the same time! Ran the ship solo and did a great job, made it a nice and easy experience.
I’ve had to transfer units a couple of times now and Laurie has done a remarkable job every single time. Gotta give credit where credit is due. I would gladly choose to rent again based on her excellent service and attention to any matter. Thankful for this location!
