I’ve had to transfer units a couple of times now and Laurie has done a remarkable job every single time. Gotta give credit where credit is due. I would gladly choose to rent again based on her excellent service and attention to any matter. Thankful for this location!
I had a great experience at Public Storage! The facility is very clean, well-kept, and feels like a safe environment every time I stop by. The staff here is friendly and professional, especially Tabitha. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, made the whole process smooth, and has such a welcoming attitude that really stands out. It’s clear that she cares about the customers and the property. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!
Lori and Nick are too great employers they really help me get my stuff taken care of because my information was really wrong. They are great people and I think they are the perfect people for this company. They have a great way and respectful way how they talk to their customers they take time to help their customers. The storage unit is really good until it’s not. I got a great price on my storage unit that I’ve had for about a year and they’ve increased the price 2 to 3 times since then. I work late nights and whenever I signed up, it was 24 hour access. now they’re charging an extra $30 For you to access your storage unit outside of the hours. If it is self storage, that should already be included and is absolutely ridiculous.
