I would like to say I went in the public storage on belt way 8 in humble and the guy was nice but the price was to much then I want down to the one at8717 n Sam Houston only east humble.and when I walk in I had said good morning to the lady and she had said good morning to me. Manager is very rude. First I arrive the manager would NOT give me a gate code to get in the gate or use the elevator then after her arguing she finally gave me the code at 4:50 she came to the elevator and was telling us we had to leave the property and was blocking us from using the elevator to get the last load of our things out we had to go under her arm to be able to use the elevator and there were several other witnesses to this not part of my group then when we tried to leave we went out the gate and the manager refus... read more
I’ve been a customer at the public storage since 2022. Natasha has always been a great help to me. She is very understanding, kind, and tries her best to help out with any issues I’m having!
Just got this unit it is under Roberts name but my stuff. It is not temperature controlled as of this past weekend. Hot and humid as of today it is cooler outside then in. If the manager would double check his light bulbs to make sure they are not heat bulbs and or try a light blue tent to also help it not feel like a sweat box while hanging in the hallway. I have been a paying customer at this Public Storage for 1 year and 4 months and have always paid on time without any issues. Recently, I lost the key to my unit and went to the office for help. The staff member Natasha, at the front desk was dismissive, unhelpful, and provided me with false information. I asked her for options as to how I could resolve my issue or if she had a master key, or if she could open it for me.
