I'd like to give a much-needed thank you to Miss Fifi, the facility manager of #29167 here in Houston Texas. For myself being disabled and currently wheelchair dependent, she was able to help me transfer my account from a top locker to a floor unit. Fifi understood my disability problem with having a top locker so Fifi did all she can to alleviate that issue. She's very kind and welcoming and I just want to say thank you very much Fifi. Originally we called this facility to get a unit to store a cargo trailer. After giving dimensions and all the details, we were advised that the trailer would fit and there would be no problems with utilizing the storage space. Upon arrival, there was no way to get the trailer into the space reserved. I requested a move. Nope, no refunds. A transfer to another facility. Nope, no refunds. The representative Natasha was an extreme joy!!!!!!!! She was very thoughtful, patient because I could not make up my mind lol and greeted me with a very positive attitude. She made the transaction very smooth and I could not be more pleased with the service that I received from this company on today.
I cannot believe how inaccessible actual human workers are at this location. First, please note that workers are RARELY on site, so resolving issues in a timely manner will not happen. Second, we ran into a problem that this location has indicated a third-party service will need to fix. We were told we'd be responsible for the cost of said fee. First time ever getting a storage and hands down best customer service experience ever. It was closing time last night 7 min before her shift was over and this beautiful young lady Natasha was outstanding with the walk thru and break down on how things work .
