Finally got the chance to move my items into my storage unit. I was very impressed with the conditions and up keep of the storage space. Elevator access is by the front door and very convenient. Also, I will like to send a special thanks to Natasha from the front office. She greeted us with a smile and was very attentive to our needs. Also, she offer my sister and I some refreshments due the high heat while moving my items to the unit. Gade A++ quality service. Thank you.

Natasha was excellent. Customer service was professional from the beginning phone call. She took the extra mile just make sure i was okay with the unit visually. I truly appreciate that because I am more visual and hands on. The transition was seamless The property was clean. Thank you for your help.
