This place is horrible the gates stay broken and doors also so your not getting the protection you think your getting Also I’ve used public storage but recently all my items was auctioned off. I have furniture clothes everything personal documents medication. My whole life was inside of this storage and they auction off my storage by accident. It wasn’t even time to auction it off. I would like to say I went in the public storage on belt way 8 in humble and the guy was nice but the price was to much then I want down to the one at8717 n Sam Houston only east humble.and when I walk in I had said good morning to the lady and she had said good morning to me. Manager is very rude. First I arrive the manager would NOT give me a gate code to get in the gate or use the elevator then after her arguing she finally gave me the code at 4:50 she came to the elevator and was telling us we had to leave the property and was blocking us from using the elevator to get the last load of our things out we had to go under her arm to be able to use the elevator and there were several other witnesses to this not part of my group then when we tried to leave we went out the gate and the manager refus... read more
I’ve been a customer at the public storage since 2022. Natasha has always been a great help to me. She is very understanding, kind, and tries her best to help out with any issues I’m having!
Just got this unit it is under Roberts name but my stuff. It is not temperature controlled as of this past weekend. Hot and humid as of today it is cooler outside then in. If the manager would double check his light bulbs to make sure they are not heat bulbs and or try a light blue tent to also help it not feel like a sweat box while hanging in the hallway. Cloths will get moldy and so would wood. Batteries would not last either. By the way I spent about two hours at the Public Storage on 59 and Will Clayton and it was a dry... read more
