It was very easy to set up a new rental of a storage unit over the phone, and the sale price was nice, but I'm giving it 4 stars because it said the unit was in a convenient location (by the elevator), and I specifically checked this with the representative over the phone, but my unit is nowhere near the elevator. Other than that, the price is way better than the other places
I am giving four stars because up until Teddy became manager, I've had multiple issues with this place! None of them pertain to the current management, which thank God they got. What I was dealing with: NO phone calls returned after leaving multiple messages pertaining to questions about my rent/late-fees, etc. I am very good with communication so it's extremely frustrating when I am dealing with people who AREN'T. Have rented space at this location for over a year and a half. Always impeccably clean and well maintained. Had some trouble today with my account and Leo was kind enough to help me out in no time. Good customer service is rare these days but Leo exemplifies how it should be done!
I needed to rent a small storage and I had a little bit of a hiccup trying to select where exactly the unit would be located. I was able to call and speak with Janie, who helped me select the one I wanted and was super friendly and helpful. Then when we got there, it unfortunately was not unlocked yet. We called down to the office again and got fast and friendly assistance from Leo! He came up to help right away and didn’t just run off the second he unlocked it for us. Teddy, is the best she is very knowledgeable of her location in Hurst on grapevine hwy And the place is clean inside and out Teddy is very sweet and professional. She is awesome .
