This is my 1st time ever renting with Public Storage! 🤩✨⭐️🌟⭐️✨⭐️ they get MANY STARS!! Leo & Teddy have been nothing shy of being great with helping me to handle & manage both of my units! ❤️ I have a 10x15 for my bigger items and a 5x5 for my more personable items…this works for me so that I don’t have go into the BIGGER storage back & forth. I need to talk to someone because when you broke my locks and put one of your locks, someone stole a large Sony car speaker from my space and no one wants to solve the problem with the speaker, and even so, you want me to continue paying the rent for the place when no one solves the problem with the theft of the speaker. You have cameras and can check who took it. I attach a photo of my speaker.
Leo was so incredibly helpful when it came to deciding on which unit I could change to. I just didn’t need the larger one anymore and he helped me out so greatly trying to figure out which unit I could still use. And I’m very thankful that the bathroom situation at least one of the bathrooms is working now. Have rented space at this location for over a year and a half. Always impeccably clean and well maintained. Had some trouble today with my account and Leo was kind enough to help me out in no time. Good customer service is rare these days but Leo exemplifies how it should be done!
It was very easy to set up a new rental of a storage unit over the phone, and the sale price was nice, but I'm giving it 4 stars because it said the unit was in a convenient location (by the elevator), and I specifically checked this with the representative over the phone, but my unit is nowhere near the elevator. Other than that, the price is way better than the other places
