I had an amazing experience thanks to Vanessa. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and very professional. She explained all the storage options clearly, helped me find the right unit for my needs, and made the whole process simple. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Her communication, attention to detail, and positive attitude set a high standard for customer service. I definitely recommend visiting this location and asking for Vanessa!
Went to this location to look at a storage unit to rent. In the past, I have received subpar service from storage facilities including Public Storage. This time, I was provided with an excellent customer service experience by new employee, Kale. He is definitely a great asset to the company.

This is really the best storage facility I've ever used. The location was always clean, safe, and easily accessible. Plus all of the staff were always very professional, friendly and super helpful/knowledgeable of any question I had. I believe Jessica closed out my account. She's wonderful! I would absolutely recommend this location. I thought I'd already left my rating, but it crossed my mind to check, so here it is now, not too late lol. 😊 👍🏾
Just be aware that there are never any carts available. I asked the front desk and they gave me some BS response. I was the only car in the parking lot, so it’s not like the carts were all taken. The lady at the front desk was not helpful in anyway, and didn’t even seem to care about much. Also, the climate control is at a very minimal level. With all this reoccurring BS, they still seem to continue to raise the rent. Unbelievable!
