I’m so thrilled with this storage facility. I needed to get a lot of empty boxes out of my home, but only required a very small unit, so this worked out perfectly. I especially love that the facility is climate controlled because I use these boxes for shipping products and didn’t want them damaged by heat or humidity. The units are very clean, well maintained, and feel secure. The manager has also been wonderful — very attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring about customers’ needs. We had an amazing experience at this location. Vanessa is the kindest soul here. She genuinely wants to help and kept checking on us if we need any help and renting process was extremely smooth. Even after the move, she called to make sure we don’t have any issues or can help in any way. This is the reason i moved out of Wallnut Hill location and moved all my stuff here.
