She explained all the storage options clearly, helped me find the right unit for my needs, and made the whole process simple. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. As soon as I did my walk in I immediately was greeted by Venessa. She helped me out so well right afterwards by selecting the right perfect storage side that I needed. Heather, the new manager at this location is awesome!! In the past I’ve dealt with bad attitudes and poor customer service. Heather is the total opposite. After 2 years this is the first time I walked out with a smile. Heather was fast, friendly and she knowledgeable. I hope she stays.
