At the Longhorn Dr location, Mia has assisted me a couple of times and each time she’s been absolutely amazing! She’s very sweet, professional and knowledgeable about all the services provided by the company. On a particular occasion when I needed a cart and none were unavailable, she even offered to help me move some of my items. To me, that’s going above and beyond! Thankfully, TY Ashcraft, the manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the refund process. They were professional, understanding, and resolved the issue quickly. I truly appreciate their assistance in correcting the overcharge and making the experience as smooth as possible. Excellent customer service!
I am so greatful for the help of Maya and Jessica. When I came in I was stressed because I needed to move the next day. Jessica showed me the available store unit. Maya and Jessica completed everything in 15 minutes. They were very knowledgeable about the property and answered all my questions. I high recommend this location.
Location aside, this Public Storage is so great, plus all of the staff we've interacted with have been amazing! Especially Jessica! She helped me apply for a rent increase delay, which, around this time, is much needed. I got approved right there before I left. 🤗 It's a Merry Christmas! 🎄
