Storage is extremely safe, clean, and well-lit. Climate control is actual climate controlled and dry. Plus, it’s BUG and RODENT FREE! We’ve been renting here for years. Maya was extremely kind, helpful, and straight-forward. Not salesy or pushy. She helped us navigate the process and find the best deals. Super glad to have Maya and Public Storage around!
Moved in today! Maya helped me complete my reservation. She was very patient and kind. Answered my questions and gave me the quickest route to my unit. They didn’t have many carts on hand but she was able to secure me one so I could get everything in one go. Appreciated her patience and help!
Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Far Away from Public Storage! If I could give zero stars, I would. I vacated my unit on November 30, 2024, but Public Storage still charged me for December 2024 AND January 2025. I called multiple times, physically visited the location repeatedly, and begged for a refund. After posting a very negative review, the manager finally called me, promised a full refund, and requested I remove the review – which I did in good faith. But guess what? At the Longhorn Dr location, Mia has assisted me a couple of times and each time she’s been absolutely amazing! She’s very sweet, professional and knowledgeable about all the services provided by the company. On a particular occasion when I needed a cart and none were unavailable, she even offered to help me move some of my items. To me, that’s going above and beyond!
