I had an amazing experience thanks to Vanessa. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and very professional. She explained all the storage options clearly, helped me find the right unit for my needs, and made the whole process simple. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Her communication, attention to detail, and positive attitude set a high standard for customer service. I definitely recommend visiting this location and asking for Vanessa!
As soon as I did my walk in I immediately was greeted by Venessa. She helped me out so well right afterwards by selecting the right perfect storage side that I needed. She even took the time to show me around without feeling rushed to make a decision. Thank you so much for the great service you have provided.
Went to this location to look at a storage unit to rent. In the past, I have received subpar service from storage facilities including Public Storage. This time, I was provided with an excellent customer service experience by new employee, Kale. He is definitely a great asset to the company.

This is really the best storage facility I've ever used. The location was always clean, safe, and easily accessible. Plus all of the staff were always very professional, friendly and super helpful/knowledgeable of any question I had. I believe Jessica closed out my account. She's wonderful! I would absolutely recommend this location. I thought I'd already left my rating, but it crossed my mind to check, so here it is now, not too late lol. 😊 👍🏾
