Well I read some reviews before we moved in and unfortunately I didn’t heed warnings!! First thing I noticed were the Ants!! Big REDs MURDER ANTS!! As I was moving my box’s in(not food) they began to climb up my legs and biting me over and over!!! I have welts all over weeks later! Their gate closes at 9 which is also highly inconvenient!! I was moving in on a Friday when my boyfriend hurt his shoulder and had to rush to the hospital. The manager at this facility is fantastic. She has been extremely helpful and has provided excellent customer service. She always goes the extra mile to help. We would recommend this facility to anyone.
Dee the manager was absolutely amazing. I had originally booked a climate control unit online however when I went in person the booking turned out to be a regular unit. When speaking to Dee she was quick, well knowledgeable, remained with a smile, and acted on the issue immediately making sure I was taken care of.
Reserving and leasing was a super smooth process, the PM Sa'Nay got me taken care of from A-Z in all of 10m and mind you I was a walk in. Love the rates, service is awesome. I am looking forward to my tenancy there.
I went to the storage three times at different hours of the day and different days and no agent was able to help me , I called and left messages to multiple lines and no one called me back I was supposed to get my storage on May 11 but since I was not able to have anyone to help me my storage got delayed .
