I had a fantastic experience checking out storage units for my aunt, all thanks to Eboni. She provided top-tier customer service that was both professional and deeply kind. She was incredibly informative and made us feel comfortable and informed throughout our entire visit. People like Eboni make all the difference, and we are so grateful for her guidance.
From my reserving my unit online to moving into the unit Sadie was very professional and helpful. She explained everything about the storage very clearly. She walked me my unit as well as made me aware there were carts available to help with loading and unloading. My unit was very clean and spacious.
We stored our car at CubeSmart and had a great experience. Everything is very clean, secure, and well-organized. Jesse was extremely helpful and professional — he made the whole process easy and smooth. Highly recommend this place!
Eboni was very helpful and wonderful to work with. She gave me an extension on my time to clear the storage. I am very grateful. Very clean storage facility.
Great service great personality. I’m really really satisfied. She really did everything she was supposed to do and making this so easy for me. Thank you.
