As a first time customer here at CubeSmart Self storage I was really impressed how smooth it went.Yanisha aka (Yaya) was sufficient and made sure I found the right size unit for my belongings. She was even nice enough to stay over the office hours to get me registered and went over all the paperwork with me including any other questions I had. Thank you girl for making my visit great!
My experience with this storage facility used to be extremely upsetting. When Jessie was the manager, I often felt disrespected and dismissed — especially as an African American customer. His tone, attitude, and lack of patience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On top of that, I was overcharged without any clear explanation.
