We stored our car at CubeSmart and had a great experience. Everything is very clean, secure, and well-organized. Jesse was extremely helpful and professional — he made the whole process easy and smooth. Highly recommend this place!
My experience with this storage facility used to be extremely upsetting. When Jessie was the manager, I often felt disrespected and dismissed — especially as an African American customer. His tone, attitude, and lack of patience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On top of that, I was overcharged without any clear explanation.
