When I walked in, Jesse greeted me, and was so courteous and professional. Jesse is the "epitome " of Customer Service. After losing my husband of 41years, I'm having to make all decisions now, Jesse made it be a great experience for me. Kudos to you Jesse Sandra
I like the fact that you can get set up without going into the actual office. They provide the access code and unit number for your convenience! If you do have questions then you can call them and they will help you!! Very convenient!
The doors will not stay propped open. As I was loading my TV the door closed on me causing me to drop the TV. It smells, and I’ve seen homeless people walk through the gates and into the storage area. The prices have gone up since they bought the company from public storage. Do not recommend at all.
Jesse was great with customer service he took his time with me showed me exactly where my unit is he was patient and he was rushing me....he deserves a big raise
Customer service is awesome. Jesse was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. I recommend you visit the Houston School Rd location.
