I’ve been visiting Dr. Martinez At his Wesley Chapel office he’s very professional. He always sits down with me and explain everything to me step-by-step and slowly so I may understand. I’ve been with him for three years. thank you Dr. Martinez for being there for me. You are a great ones. You have a lot of patience. I noticed that about you that’s why all your patients have respect for you.
Overall, I love Wesley chapel office. There is a problem with their communication sometimes with their ma Danielle. She is very Curt with her answers sarcastic in her responses and has nothing friendly to ever say this is not the first time I've had to address this issue with her. Everyone else is very friendly, very outgoing and she's just very rude in her demeanor
I had appointment at 11am arrived at 10.55. The waiting room was full. I was asked to fill out forms what been completed at 11.10. At least 4 people came in after me. So waited until 11.50 and complained to admin that we had been waiting 50 min. She said “ok I’ll ask the MA how long it will be”. Then we waited another 10 min after last person in the room been called. Remembering that we had appointment that we made 2 weeks before and at least 4 people came after me. No one in this office ever seems to answer the phone. It doesn't matter what day or time I call—I am always sent to voicemail. And even though the voicemail says someone will return your call, they never do. The customer service is terrible. They are inefficient, unresponsive, and irresponsible.
I’m not usually one to complain, but my experience today felt quite unprofessional. While the nurse who checked my weight and other information was very kind and pleasant, my interaction with the doctor was disappointing. He came in and immediately asked, “What do you need today?” without much conversation or effort to understand my concerns. The entire appointment lasted around five minutes and felt very rushed.
