The staff went out of their way to get my auth sent through when there was a system malfunction. They were kind, caring and supportive during the entire process.

I am at my infusion appt right now and my great falls clinic has some nurses from out of town helping out here today. My nurse Kelly from Utah Is AMAZING! The staff at Pure infusions in Great Falls are exceptional. So kind, personable. Always ask how I am doing. They treat me like family. I enjoy them all. Infusions are easy. The infusion nurses are so competent in their IV placements. I actually look forward to my monthly infusions. Thank you for being so thoughtful and caring.
