Every time I visit Pure Infusions, I am greeted by warm and welcoming staff, especially Laurie, who is always considerate and willing to go above and beyond. Every nurse I have encountered has exemplified compassion, kindness, and a willingness to listen. I have never felt rushed or treated as just another appointment; I always feel like a valued person. I am very impressed with everything about Pure Infusion Suites.
The infusion was relaxed and painless. The infusion nurses were friendly and very helpful. Everything was great.
The staff went out of their way to get my auth sent through when there was a system malfunction. They were kind, caring and supportive during the entire process.
