I had a great experience. The payment plan made starting my treatment today achievable. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend anyone thinking about getting braces to reach out to them.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CLINIC!!! I've had issues after issue with this clinic! Multiple issues including "forgetting" to order my trays in between treatment after 3 weeks of me already waiting for them to come in and I had to call to find out they werent there . They just said "oh sorry we will put a rush on it" it still took another 2 weeks to get the trays. Also they treatment WAITING TIME is ridiculous!!!! They order me 3 months of trays and once im done I have an appoinment and they rescan my teeth and then I have to wait a... read more
Highly recommend it, I got in so quick and Im happy with how easy the consultation was. Treatment coordinator Alicia was very nice and very helpful with my visit. I can’t wait to start my ortho journey with Pure Ortho!! 😁🥰
Got my trays from Pure Orthodontics and the appointment was quick and efficient. The staff were helpful, courteous, and the service itself was good. However, the office cleanliness was concerning—dirty floors, no boot covers when asked to remove shoes, and stained seating. Great service overall, but the clinic really needs to improve cleanliness and hygiene.
Very friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere so calming and serene. You will never wait for a minute longer than necessary. And the result of their work speak for itself. I'm glad to have them
