I was not pleased with a few of my appointments here. I got my bonding done two months ago which I felt like was rushed because one of my bracket fell off after coming home and at least 3 more brackets came off after 3 weeks of only having it!! Don’t get me wrong they’re accommodating when it comes to booking clients in right away when a bracket come undone. Everyone was very helpful, especially Christy, who was amazing on the last day when the braces were removed. She was patient, kind, and very supportive. We did the braces for my daughter, and the whole experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend it, I got in so quick and Im happy with how easy the consultation was. Treatment coordinator Alicia was very nice and very helpful with my visit. I can’t wait to start my ortho journey with Pure Ortho!! 😁🥰
The whole staff at North Edmonton location are amazing and very professional. They are very gentle and friendly as well. They did a great job on my smile, and I’m so happy with the outcome! Will recommend to my Family and Friends for sure.
We have used them in the past with our son and was happy with their service. We decided to shopping around for better price for our daughter. Turned out, Pure Orthodontics has a better price with the same excellent product. They were less than half to the competitor’s price. So, we end pay full price to get more discount.
