Got my trays from Pure Orthodontics and the appointment was quick and efficient. The staff were helpful, courteous, and the service itself was good. However, the office cleanliness was concerning—dirty floors, no boot covers when asked to remove shoes, and stained seating. Great service overall, but the clinic really needs to improve cleanliness and hygiene.

I had a comfortable experience at Pure Orthodontics. Got braces here for the first time ever. They are very efficient with their work and the reception is organized and always available as well as very professional making me feel I can trust the work of the establishment and their plan was easy to understand and flexible, I know some family that also go here aswell, so I would recommend!

Highly recommend it, I got in so quick and Im happy with how easy the consultation was. Treatment coordinator Alicia was very nice and very helpful with my visit. I can’t wait to start my ortho journey with Pure Ortho!! 😁🥰

I was not pleased with a few of my appointments here. I got my bonding done two months ago which I felt like was rushed because one of my bracket fell off after coming home and at least 3 more brackets came off after 3 weeks of only having it!! Don’t get me wrong they’re accommodating when it comes to booking clients in right away when a bracket come undone. Everyone was very helpful, especially Christy, who was amazing on the last day when the braces were removed. She was patient, kind, and very supportive. We did the braces for my daughter, and the whole experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
