I've been a patient here for quite some time, and unfortunately my most recent experience was by far the worst. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than acknowledging patients. I stood there feeling ignored and unwelcome. The appointment itself was even more disappointing. The orthodontic assistant/technician who worked on me, I believe her name was Christy (I was told she's a team leader), made what should have been a routine scan extremely uncomfortable. I had such a wonderful experience at the orthodontist clinic thanks to Naomi! She is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and cared for. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always has a warm and welcoming attitude. I had such a great experience at this orthodontist office! Naomi was incredibly welcoming, professional, and organized from the moment I walked in. She made everything so easy and stress-free, answered all my questions kindly, and created such a positive atmosphere. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and enjoys what she does. Customer service like that makes a huge difference. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a clinic!
It was my first time getting braces and I had a really great experience with Faith. She was very nice and friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process much less scary than I expected. I really appreciate how patient and welcoming she was. Highly recommend! ❤️
