Dr H or anyone for that matter doesn't care about you here or at any location, they only care about taking you money and you become a after thought.. It has been really long and painful dealing with this place. After 6 years been in treatment I was told I was done and I was clearly not and they just got tired of dealing with me and told me this is the best they can do leaving a few teeth that still needed some adjustment. I was very pleased with Pure Orthodontics. Both my kids needed Invisalign’s. From the first day till the last the staff have been very friendly, supportive and also accommodating to my schedules as we live far from the city. I would highly recommend this orthodontist to anyone as the payments were affordable, the doctor was also present and the staff were awsome! I’m so happy we choose pure orthodontist.
My daughter got Invisalign and she had them on for about a year and a half, and it was a great experience for her. The staff there is friendly, made the my daughter feel comfortable. Also kept us up-to-date with the progress and how my daughter‘s teeth were doing. Great place to go for braces or for Invisalign
My experience at Pure Orthodontics south location. Very efficient, no long wait, the minute you walk in you are greeted with warmth and smiles. It’s a very welcoming environment. Client care is top notch. I will be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you for your services.
Honestly I never review places but Pure Ortho is 10/10!!! Everyone is so nice and sweet they're super flexible with payments which is amazing 🤩 and they have great customer service!! They actually care about your service and your satisfaction as a customer with your braces etc!! I love them 10/10 recommend
