I was very pleased with Pure Orthodontics. Both my kids needed Invisalign’s. From the first day till the last the staff have been very friendly, supportive and also accommodating to my schedules as we live far from the city. I would highly recommend this orthodontist to anyone as the payments were affordable, the doctor was also present and the staff were awsome! I’m so happy we choose pure orthodontist.
My daughter got Invisalign and she had them on for about a year and a half, and it was a great experience for her. The staff there is friendly, made the my daughter feel comfortable. Also kept us up-to-date with the progress and how my daughter‘s teeth were doing. Great place to go for braces or for Invisalign
First impressions - clean, friendly staff, absolutely love the the artwork of the world on the wall.🎉 Harjit was exceptional! She was welcoming and full of energy from the time we met.💕 The trainee who was performing my scans was a bit rough however he will become better with more practice. All in all the atmosphere was fantastic 👌
In general the overall experience is awesome. All the staff are kind, patient and polite. I wanted to highlight Joël. Her compassion, how she shows concern when one mentions something to her, her empathy, humor and good vibe, make our time there very enjoyable.
