I highly recommend PURE!! Their staff are super friendly, and the clinics I have been too are inviting with a great atmosphere. Jessica was the ortho assistant that did my scans and X-rays. She was very knowledgeable and provided a tonne of information to help me understand the entire process. The PURE team provides very professional treatment backed by experience. I had the pleasure of having Taylor at Pure Orthodontics, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, Taylor was welcoming, professional, and truly caring. She took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
On June 27, 2025, I visited the South Edmonton branch for a consultation with Alicia. I found her consultation to be highly beneficial, as she thoroughly explained the advantages and disadvantages associated with the proposed treatment. Her communication style was also very pleasant. She is nice to talk with. I am pleased with the service I received at this location. The facility itself presented a clean and well-maintained environment.
