Booked an initial consultation and was impressed by their level of service, patient care and mostly their knowledge. We did not feel rushed nor under pressure to commit, we were actually given all the paperwork, complete package with the info we needed (including financials) and that it. It was an easy decision for us and they were very accommodating. On the day of getting the braces, it was a smooth process and we felt it went really well. I do recommend them!
Shannon took the time to explain the treatment options available to us and guided us through our decision. Everyone was efficient- no long waits. The space is well lit and inviting. I couldn’t be there with my child during installation but she felt comfortable, the process was smooth and she was educated on how to deal with initial discomfort and care for her braces. I am a happy client!

West side pure orthodontics is always so fun and comforting! Wouldnt want to go anywhere else for my braces! Love the ladies and all the staff at this establishment, they're the sweetest.
