Pure Paws is the best vet in NYC! Our dog Hugo gets so excited to go there and never wants to leave, sitting by the door and refusing to get up. It is all because of the care and love he gets from the vet, tech, and team at Pure Paws. We see Dr. Kurtzman but have seen every vet there and they are all exceptional. Vet tech Andrea has even become a babysitter to Hugo! The team always follows up to check in on Hugo after a visit. Highly recommended. We brought our dog, Ruby, to Pure Paws at Hudson Square and received amazing service. The facility is beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. The vet tech did a great job of taking our report and answering our questions, and she put Ruby at ease. Then Dr. Wexler did an excellent job assessing and diagnosing Ruby and advising us. She even sat down on the floor with Ruby as they got to know each other. While you never want to go to the vet, if you have to go, this is the place.
I’ve been taking my dog Jackson to Pure Paws Hudson Square for over a year now and cannot say enough good things about them. They always fit us in the same day, all the vets we’ve seen are thorough, caring and transparent about what they’re prescribing. They also take the time to share pricing up front and never pressure me to do more than I’m comfortable with.
