Dr. Liff and the entire team at Pure Paws are exceptional. My dog, Bailey, is always treated with such kindness and care — she actually enjoys her visits! It’s clear that Dr. Liff truly cares about her patients and takes the time to make every experience positive and stress-free. The office itself is spotless, spacious, and welcoming, providing a comfortable environment for both pets and owners. We’re so grateful for the excellent care Bailey receives here and wouldn’t take her anywhere else.
Used to have good experiences at Pure Paws with all staff until we saw Dr. Kurtzman. Felt like it was a full blown sales pitch to have every test, procedure done on my healthy 2 year old dog with no explanation just to rack up a bill and make $$$$. On top of that while clipping my dog's nails, she cut his paw to the point his foot was bleeding and there was zero apology or empathy whatsoever. I was recommended to Dr. Liff of Pure Paws Hudson Square by a friend who is a patient of theirs. Every visit with my English Bulldog pup has been seamless and pleasant. They are very organized and cater to everything you need. I am very happy that my Sapphire loves going to the vet. She recently had her spay done and they’ve checked on her often and ensured that her recovery is going well. Shoutout to the team for being so diligent and incredible. Really great team here! My guy is dealing with a complicated dermatology issue and they've gone out of their way to help me every step of the way. They also submit claim for services to my pet insurance on my behalf so that makes things really simple. Would highly recommend.
