I had a wonderful experience calling in the morning after my other vet canceled. I was happy to secure a same-day appointment with ease through their AI receptionist. My commute from Brooklyn to the vet clinic was quicker than I expected as well! Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by their clean, warm, colorful, and inviting office. I’ve been to 2 different vets and this one has been my favorite my far! My last vet did not know how to handle cats very well but everyone here was so knowledgeable. They were so kind and extremely helpful from the start. I had a lot of questions about my cats weight and how to put him in the carrier, and Andrea was wonderful. Highly recommended. We brought our dog, Ruby, to Pure Paws at Hudson Square and received amazing service. The facility is beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. The vet tech did a great job of taking our report and answering our questions, and she put Ruby at ease. Then Dr. Wexler did an excellent job assessing and diagnosing Ruby and advising us. She even sat down on the floor with Ruby as they got to know each other. While you never want to go to the vet, if you have to go, this is the place.
Pure Paws is the best vet in NYC! Our dog Hugo gets so excited to go there and never wants to leave, sitting by the door and refusing to get up. It is all because of the care and love he gets from the vet, tech, and team at Pure Paws. We see Dr. Kurtzman but have seen every vet there and they are all exceptional. I’ve been taking my dog to Pure Paws Hudson Square Since it opened a number of years ago. The staff there is caring and warm. They always treat my dog gently and with concern. They are attentive to my questions and concerns. They also are great at making time for my dog to come in on short notice when there is an emergency. I’m very grateful to have Pure Paws Nearby to take care of my sweet dog.
