Jenna was amazing. My son has gone to Jenna and surprised me for my 70th birthday with a day at the Med Spa. She is absolutely a delight and made the whole process painless. It was a wonderful experience.
I am so happy I went to Pureskin! Jenna was so amazing and nice. I had sooo many questions and I never felt like I was a problem or asking too many things. She answered all of them so nicely and professionally. Additionally, she made that room feel like a safe space. I felt very comfortable with her. The office is amazing. Alexa is so kind. I feel like spas can oftentimes be intimidating- I never once felt that upon walking in. I can’t wait to see everyone again!
I am so happy I decided to make an appointment at Pure Skin Med Spa in Branford! You are greeted from the minute you walk in the door. The staff is attentive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I needed a personal boost. Booked a facial at Pure Skin a beautiful and relaxing experience from initial greeting by Alexa at reception to meeting Emily my esthetician. Emily was wonderful addressed my concerns and expectations. Emily has magic hands my result was so satisfying, my face was bright and glowing I felt refreshed. I could see the difference immediately. I definitely recommend Pure Skin!
The customer service was terrible. I called to discuss laser hair removal for my 16 y/o for a gift. I was told that it was fine and as long as she was accompanied by her parent and I signed consent etc. We scheduled an appointment. She was so excited, we arrived, signed all the consents and filled out medical history forms. The NP then pulled us into a room and told us no, there was a mistake and sorry, we could reschedule. No customer service at all. So disappointed.
